I need a higher rating for this place. As someone whose worked for a customer-first first-class establishment in my past, I know a passionate business when I see one. It was my first time when I came, as a new resident to Massachusetts, I really was not sure what to expect. I thought, maybe Dominos? But I do like supporting local businesses, so I thought I'd give it a try. Starting as soon as I walked in, a woman welcomed me with a hard working smile as they were working at the furnace. The place is clean and looks modern, a welcome design as there are plenty of older places around the area, it was unexpected! I'd ordered a pizza online, their online menu made it easy to pick something, even helped me get a half-and-half. They gave me a discount for it being my first time and new to the Massachusetts state. I realized they had Mozzarella sticks, so I ordered them there and they gave me the ones that had JUST came out of the oven! They said it would take two-minutes to make a new batch, but they just threw someone else's my way, since they wouldn't be there for a few more minutes and could make them a fresh batch too! Everyone would be happy. I walked out with fresh sticks and a big heavy pizza. I couldn't resist the smell and HAD to eat it in the parking lot. The mozzarella sticks were unbelievable. Best ones I've EVER had hands down-- and I used to live in Houston where hundreds of businesses had their go, but I found a place that I would gladly take a hour drive to-- for their food!...
Read morePossibly the worst, nightmare-ish customer service Iâve ever experienced. I donât understand how I seem to be the only person who has had a bad experience...
I was not a customer, I was a doordasher. The quality of service and attitude should not vary based on whether I am a customer or delivering YOUR product to other people (by the way, still giving you business!!)
I was told to pick up the order at 1:15. I get there 5 minutes early to check in with the order status, and instead of politely saying âItâs not quite ready yetâ I was welcomed with a screaming angry man, telling me to get out of his store, and that he is going to START the order at 1:15. I would go on to explain the harassment and vile screaming aspect of it, but Iâll save you the reading.
To the man who I presume was the owner, who will read this, I want you to know that I am human, regardless of if I am a doordasher OR a customer. I hope that you realize that just as your business is important to you, I also have a responsibility to make money. I wish no doordasher had such an experience as I had yesterday. SHAME ON YOU! That is not how you should run a business, very unprofessional of you. 0 stars solely based on the people running this place and their subpar âcustomer serviceâ I wouldnât even want to...
Read moreVisiting family in the area and was curious to try something new from the typical places we eat when in town.
We got three large pies and while the crust was good, all three were seriously lacking in tomato sauce. Was disappointed to discover the margarita pizza didnât have any red sauce at all (which was a first for me, since that is my typical order when I get pizza). But it was drenched in balsamic drizzle, to the point it was all you could taste. With the rest of the pies, the crust and cheese were okay. But with hardly any tomato sauce the pizzas were bland and dry. This was a one and done for all of us.
To the owner who is clearly butthurt that I didn't love his food. Instead of going on the attack by being a grammar police (which is rich considering his use of punctuation marks), maybe realize the guy who was making pies that day might have messed up and went cheap with the sauce. Don't take it too personal. Changed my review from 2 stars down to 1 since the owner is a 5 year old...
