I used to frequent the Brockton location three years ago on a weekly basis. I would sit at the bar after dropping my kids off once a week …staff and managers were all very attentive and cared. I just walked into this location, after moving back from South Carolina and not visiting a BWW. As soon as I walked in it appeared like there were four managers hovered over the bathroom area slash host area just chatting as I walked in and made no Acknowledgment of me walking in - I was looking for the bathroom before I was looking to sit at the bar. I after a minute of wondering found the bartender who I asked where the bathroom was and then she pointed me in the direction we’re all the managers were blocking. I excused myself from them in order to get through the bathroom and came out and they had left their chatting ground. I sat down and I ordered wings the bartender made a great recommendation of the curry since I asked her opinion- I hadn’t tried it before but when it came out …there was a big fat curly piece of hair on top which she served me…& which anybody would’ve noticed. I didn’t even have to touch the plate to see it. I then sent it back. I almost didn’t even want to eat here & i’m pretty sure she saw that on my face & in my tone. They remade it, The bartender assured me even though it was Served within minutes said it was a fresh batch (And the first time it took over 10min) And she said she personally threw them out. I trusted her and ate them. They tasted great however, through this whole time - no manager came up to talk to me. And besides them blocking the entry to the bathrooms without greeting me on the way in and no one else to greet me… I never saw them again.I used to be the Director of many restaurants in Boston, I used to really have a high respect for Buffalo wild wings and the way that they manage their company and employees after visiting now I’m not so sure how I feel anymore. Good luck to...
Read moreOn 7/25 I was in BWW and ordered a beer and some food to go. First off, I sat quite awhile to order my food and I believe a waitress/bartender that wasn’t actually working finally came over and took my order, which I appreciated. I say this because she just seemed to be hanging out and she told the actual bartender that she put my order in for her. Now while I wait I notice halfway through my beer there’s mold floating in it. When my food finally came out I brought it to the bartenders attention and she didn’t charge me for the beer but I was charged for carrots/celery/ranch which is absolutely ridiculous but whatever. Got home and my order was wrong. Mad to say the least.
Now last night, 8/2, me and my gf came in. Waited awhile for our waitress, Sharon, to take care of us. We ordered some aps and a couple drinks and decided to play some Keno, $40 worth. We watch our games and KNOW what we won and save the tickets to cash out when we’re done with dinner. In the meantime while we wait and wait for our waitress, another waitress comes over to say hello. An AWESOME waitress named Skye that remembers us from previous visits. She tells Sharon to make sure to take care of us and then and only then are we asked if we’d like another round of drinks. Food was awesome as usual and we go to check out. I take my Keno tickets to the bar and she informs me we only won $10 …..we actually won $25 but I own a bar and understand what happened. The bartender failed to clear the previous paid out winnings on the lotto screen and we got screwed out of $15 because her screen total said $10. So not only did I lose $15 gambling, I lost an additional $15 because of incompetence. And my bill was $89 dollars so naturally I left my bad waitress a $15 tip. Long review short, food is great, tap system needs a serious cleaning, service pretty much sucks except for Skye, and if you play Keno cash your tickets...
Read moreThe last time I ordered from Buffalo Wild Wings was on March 23rd and I'm so disgusted with their customer service, I doubt I'll ever go again.
I placed my order online through the app at 11:45 am and redeemed my reward points for a free lunch. I ordered the classic chicken wrap and set it for a 2:10 pm pickup time.
When I arrived at 2:10 pm, the doors were locked with no explanation as to why. I called the restaurant, asking why the doors were locked and to ask about my lunch. Someone came out to inform me that one of their coworkers wasn't feeling well, so they shut down for the day. I did not receive any notification or communication from the restaurant in regards to this. The young man went to check on my order and claimed that the kitchen had shut down before they could prepare it. I was furious because that meant I would have no lunch that day. I was also furious when friends of mine informed me that they had been dining in that same day between the hours of 11:30-12:30. So how is it that the kitchen had shut down before making my order, but still served them?!?
The young man informed me that my order would be refunded and apologized. I waited a few days and noticed that my order still hadn't been refunded, so I submitted feedback through the Buffalo Wild Wings app. A few days later, I received an automated message apologizing for the delay and that someone would be in touch within a few days. I have received NOTHING.
It has been several weeks now and I have certainly been patient, but this is NOT how you treat your loyal customers Buffalo Wild Wings. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If I could give a negative rating, I would.
