Waited for 90 minutes. Pizza marked delivered and commercialy purchased goods not recieved:
Spoke to Austin- Director of Operations. Was advised that the delivery driver did not feel safe following GPS navigation instructions to a preexisting customer delivery location. (Daylightdelivery). Mail box cluster of four at the end of the driveway noted as a point of confusion.
I was advised of dominos policy of a refused delivery if customer cannot be reached by telephone. Driver did not feel "safe" in performing the functions of a delivery driver and attempting to drive down the driveway that corresponded with the exact number of delivery location and literal geographical point of reference. He was unsure of the driveway and too afraid to try.
Opted instead to mark the order "delivered" without making an actual attempt. No actual reason for fear of performing job function noted by driver.
As I was standing at the end of the driveway I can personally attest that no delivery attempt was made. I was charged for a delivery falsely...
Read morePossibly the worst Dominos experience we have ever had. We ordered the Brooklyn Style Pepperoni Feast and Stuffed Cheesy Bread for work. This was off of a recommendation of another coworker who had eaten this from the Greer location last week. The pizza was burnt, the pepperoni was burnt and crusty. There was so much grease on the pizza it came through the box. If you picked up and tilted the box it ran down the box. Absolutely gross. One of my coworkers became ill from the amount of grease. We called the Manager and he said he was sorry but that was how the Pepperoni Feast came. Due to all the extra pepperoni, there is a lot of grease and he could not fix it. He also stated that the pizza and cheesy bread were burnt because he has an old oven that doesn't work properly. We told him about the experience in Greer and he said they had a newer oven and his hands were tied. After much argument, and asking him to fix something, he finally voided out the credit card. Read moreI ordered online for carryout. Everything was fine and on time, except when I got home, I realized I didn't have an item I thought I had ordered. I called to see if the missing item could be delivered. The girl told me that it was not on my order. I told her I had selected a coupon on the website that included the item, but I checked an realized I missed a click that apparently would have added it to my order. My fault, I admit. The girl on the phone said, "well since it was an issue with the website, we are not at fault". I wasn't trying to blame anyone, I just wanted to correct the order and get my item. She was not interested in helping me do that though, she just wanted to tell me how it wasn't her fault. I have decided to switch to the Mauldin franchise.
