This store is the best. Was in there today with my 2 grandchildren and they always love to shop here. They always have a lot of cool quality things. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable of the products they carry and the kids love that a lot of what they carry they have it out so they can touch it and play to see if they like it before they buy it. I have been shopping here for years, is excellent for gifts, they will take the time to show you the new age appropriate gifts and wrap it for you. Have bought every thing from scooters and plasma riders" to toys and crafts, for my children and others. Never had to return anything. Very good quality and unique toys. Emily and I have become wonderfully aquatinted. She has the most bubbly personality, just like me, and so involved in her role as owner. She loves her products, stands by them 100% and knows every answer to every question. She is by far a role model in the customer service industry. She meets all my children’s needs when we are shopping/playing in the toy store. I leave happy every time and always want to come back (mainly to talk to Emily) but mostly to let my kids play so I can get some Mom time. It’s nothing like WalMart or Target. The staff is really sweet. But this place is hugely expensive.. my son wanted a new fidget spinners for his birthday so I decided to shop around and hollilop was the last place I visited. I was shocked at how much this place was selling it for. Don't get me wrong I have paid top dollar for toys for my son plenty of times, but the price they were asking for for was 3 times the price I had seen them for at at least 2 other stores. I asked the girl that was working that day and she gave me a rehearsed reason as to why it was so expensive. I'm really sadden that as a consumer I was (if I purchased the fidget spinner) going to be taken advantage of. I am aware that in order to survive in the retail business prices have to be marked up but to charge the consumer 3 times the going rate for an item is robbery...
