Big John Steak & Onion — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

I ordered two subs for takeout today. While I was waiting I witnessed one of the workers get an attitude with a customer because she gave him the wrong beverage and then got mad because he said it wasn't Cherry Coke. Then while my subs were being put together, the phone rang the person making my subs answer the phone wearing gloves, she took the phone call, then proceeded to finish making my subs wearing the same gloves . I witnessed multiple people answer the phone during that time. It's obvious that that is not a clean surface. When I said something to her she just mumbled under her breath and I couldn't even understand her. I used to think big John's was the best steak and cheese around. After this experience I'll never be back. I almost forgot. I also witnessed them make a sub that was wrong and instead of disposing of it they dumped the meat back on the grill and used it to make someone else's sandwich. This place is one of my special treats that I get when I am in the Flint Metro Area. I LOVE their #6 and #7(extra meat version of 6). 13" -- Steak and Onions with Cheese and Mushrooms. I try to get them to put the mushrooms on the grill right away with the meat so they cook in (not as good if they just thow them on top afterwards) and I always get extra cheese.
