Papas drive thru — Restaurant in Flint Charter Township

I work for a delivery company. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Went to speaker in drive thru, told them the order I had. Then the lady said something to me but someone was yelling in the background. So I asked her to repeat what she said. This time she said come to the front window with a snotty attitude, while the person in the background continued to yell about the walk up window. There’s no way for a driver to know this having never been here. It was 10 degrees yesterday. The walk up window is outside. It would be one thing if the food was actually ready, meaning we would skip the drive they line, but after showing the rude lady my phone, the order wasn’t even ready. So now what? Drivers are supposed to stand there in the cold wind and wait?

Unfortunately this restaurant has made it super inconvenient to pick up a delivery from, so if your ordering from any of the big 3 delivery companies, know that everyone I’ve talked to said they avoid orders from this place.

It’s too bad, it looks like someone made a significant investment in this place, all for the ignorant/rude staff to drive away...

Coney Conexion on Ballenger has been my go-to spot since 2015/2016…until recently, that is. I’m not sure if they’re under new management or what, but the food is NOT the same. I typically get the Chicken Bacon Melt Pita Combo, which used to be soooo good! Every now and then, I would order a Bacon cheese burger, which was also good. But now !? Absolutely NOT! I gave them a few chances, but it seems to have gotten worse every time I went back. The chicken doesn’t even taste like it’s seasoned. The bacon isn’t crispy. On top of that, it seems like all the regular workers who used to work at this location, and who knew me and my order by heart, are gone! Which might explain why the food no longer tastes the same. Honestly, it’s really disappointing. I used to go here two sometimes three times a week. Now I don’t go at all! The price of the food was never an issue for me, because the food would be so good, and I could get a lot for the price. But now, I would rather keep my money in my pocket. I guess it’s time I find a new...

I have been a customer for 20 years, unfortunately I will not be returning anymore after tonights' service. I was given old and dry chicken in my pretty expensive greek salad. The menu board and marquee were not on; it was pitch black. This location is making a habit out of showing a lack of integrity for the food and service they're providing. Taking food back is no longer an option for me. I feel if a cook make the choice to serve someone something they themselves can see isn't quality, I can't trust them to correct my order safely. I'm sorry to have to leave this review but service is going down in Flint and Cony Connexion is no different. Sad,...
