Came here a few weeks ago, there was 4 workers outside too busy smoking pot to take an order. they said “we’re not taking orders right now” oh okay but 4 of you can be outside sharing a blunt? ok. fast forward to today, i order the tender meal plus one slider. make it all the way home in davison (30 minutes) and realize they didn’t get my slider. i call and let them know i will be back expecting the one i paid for plus an extra for wasting an hour of my gas. i get there, and the lady is HANDS DOWN THE most disgusting human i’ve ever spoken to. gave me nasty looks, stared me down over HER mistake (considering it was the same girl i saw the first time) and tried to intimidate me. this location is BEYOND ghetto, they never have any of the product, everyone’s too busy smoking to give you any customer service, and they’re plain rude and nasty. it’s sad that i don’t expect any better from any restaurant in flint tbh, all owners seem to be cool with having extremely awful workers who have never been taught how to speak to another human for more than 20 minutes of their sad lives. will not be here again. to, i believe “shandra”, was her name, i see why you are where you are in life. work on customer service and potentially just being a...

This restaurant is sorry. They messed up my 4 sandwich order. When I went back to get my food, He wanted to give me the same order that had been sitting. I wish I could have come in the inside to see if the actually remade my food or just warmed up the old food* I told him if I could not get fresh food I want my money back!I forgot to check my order. I forgot you can trust people to do their jobs! I went all the way home. So he wanted to give me old food that had been sitting for about 25 minutes. Like I bothered them because I wanted hot food. Slow response to the driver thur. They let you sit and sit before they answer. The inside floor is sticky. The windows are foggy and dirty. Customer service is horrible. The food is decent, but you have to go through too much to get it. It's not worth the wait or the price!
