I'm giving one star legitimately because the service was friendly. Otherwise a horrible experience.
We were given all of our food and then asked to wait on our nuggs or cheesesticks (can't remember) we sat there, in the car with our food getting cold for over 10 minutes. I wouldn't allow anyone to get into the bags and eat until we got home for fear opening the bags would make the rest of the food colder. Then, by time we got home all of our food was cold!
I was just recently on vacation in FL and when i got a beef and cheddar there was more than 1/2 a teaspoon of cheddar on it.
This sandwich was SO DRY. I tried to smear the cheddar as much as possible.
The LARGE fry was no bigger than a small fry. There were barely any fries!!
Then my friend is eating her cold sandwich and all of a sudden she goes "omg, I'm going to throw up!!" A GIANT HAIR INNERTWINED INTO HER SANDWICH. She knew i was already planning to write a review so she had me take a pic. Meanwhile, we were both gagging. I have a pic & video actually of the hair breaking multiple times before we could finally get it out of the sandwich.
I will never eat at this Arby's again! and I dk if i will ever eat Arbys...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would choose 0 ⭐️. This is one of the worst Arby's ever. At the speaker I told the girl I have a coupon for 2 for $7 chicken choice. I chose two different chicken sandwiches. She says it'll be a 5 minute wait on the chicken. Gheeesh! Don't they have chicken cooked up already? That drive thru girl is kind of rude too. She has an attitude. I sensed that right away at the window. After I paid she asked me to park in their parking lot. That's ridiculous! There was no one behind me. They weren't busy at all. Could have asked me to pull up to the rail. She clearly hates her job, I can tell. I've dealt with her before and her attitude is still the same. Not sure of her name but she needs to quit and get another job asap. The time was around 4:40pm, Saturday, April 5, second shift. These fast food restaurants are getting worse with some of the worker's attitudes. And the customer service is less then desirable. Customer service should be spot on especially these ridiculously high prices we, as customers, pay for the dam food. Let's make the CEO's even...
Read more*When originally rated, actually thought was a different Arby's. In an area pretty well-known locally for having numerous fast food restaurants with with not just slow but rude service, this particular Arby's stands out it's out as the service is always fast and friendly. Relatively, among Arby's locations in the area (here, Davison, Flint Township, Grand Blanc/Fenton rd), THIS Arby's is the only I'd recommend, as the others are consistently far, far slower, and frequently forget items on orders that have only 3 or 4 items total. I know - unbelievable almost, but repeated visits over the years and the same problems at other locations! The drive-through or in store associates at the Davison Rd location are always happy to answer questions, so far (about a dozen visits past year) have not messed up 1 single order, and the service time is is in almost every case extremely fast.
