McDonald's — Restaurant in Flint

Worst visit ive had in a while; we dont usually go to mcdonalds because they dont have many nutritious choices but today we decided we would so that we could grab a quick bite and the kids could play. Well one of the kids got to play my youngest did not because their 'toddler friendly' area was beyond filthy, wood shards, food, garbage, and every chair that were suppose to line the tables were stacked where children were suppose to be able to play, as well as a huge exposed wire hanging out from under the slide! (When i mentioned the wire to the manager he just pushed it further under the slide instead of using some electric tape to fix the wire first) The tables were also sticky and covered in crums we had to clean ours our self and the only playable area wasnt as clean as it couldve been either. (We were there for 3 hours so that my mother and i could finish some online courses while the kids had some fun during this time not one employee came to clean or inspect the area until i mentioned it to them!) Besides the environment sucking the food was what you would expect from mcdonalds and the service was not...

THE Slowest McDonald's in Michigan hands down. I have had McDonald's all over including overseas and this location on Davison road in Flint is the Worst. I expect shortages on the Island of Maui, but this one takes the cake. Drink machines, Ice cream machines, other defects or deficiencies are the Norm here. Today I went to the drive thru for an Ice Cream treat for my Grandkids and discover that the McFlurry had Downsized to a smaller yellow cup. Not the bigger cup I purchased a year ago. I asked "Is this due to the Pandemic, why is it So McTeeny"? I was told they've Always been this size....😳 No or I would've bought a dessert for the kids at the restaurant and paid another dollar for a Real dessert, not this cup of McNothing. I don't live far from here and I hear the Daily complaining and car horns honking in Total displeasure. Do yourselves a favor and Steer clear from this one. Dort Hwy will get your order wrong to you in half the time, and Stewart street will Beat them Both with good service/product. Shame on the District Stupervision for letting this one tarnish the Memory of decent food...

Love this place! Friendly, helpful caring the hiring manager does a phenominal job!!! Prior to the Pandemic I was no longer able to work and I don't know if I would have ever smiled again without them!!! With a reduction in income I was able to go everyday and it really helps to manage with food expenses I can not cook anymore. It was safer! It saved me money! It I feel like life is getting back to life now that i can go again! It s always nice to zip thru and see the people I consider friends! Friends who encouraged me and helped me smile! In the past 10 years Friends who Grandpa would go see with me and they still ask about each other! Life changes bring changes! This connection helped me keep going it is so nice I am happy to see them all again and everyday I am thankful! What a positive impact you gave had on my life thru the drive thru!
