My parents and I drove to Colorado from Missoula, Montana for a weeklong vacation/genealogy tour. I was feeling pretty homesick for Montana on my last day here, but after my excellent meal at Ito, all I want to do is stay in Florence. We went to Ito Steakhouse for lunch today and ordered three bento boxes and two sushi rolls. It was absolutely fantastic! In fact, it was so good that we came by again in the mid-afternoon for some take-out sushi rolls to bring to our hotel room. Our food was once again amazing, and my mom and I drove back to Florence to eat dinner there just a few hours later. I got a Tokyo Tea and we shared an extra spicy Mango Chicken and Beef Basil. While we were waiting for our food to arrive, someone in the restaurant ordered a sizzling beef plate, which looked and sounded so tasty that I had to order one for myself. All of our dishes were amazingly good. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly too! She continually checked on us, even during the dinner rush. I didn’t catch her name, but she definitely deserves some praise. Out of all the restaurants I ate at throughout my time in Colorado, Ito Steakhouse is by far my favorite. Top notch sushi, friendly service, cool ambiance, good drinks, and fair prices are just a few reasons why I love this place. I’m already excited to come back to Florence, just so I can eat here again. This time next year I hope to be sitting at the sushi bar drinking a Tokyo Tea and eating an Angry Dragon Roll. Much...

First off, I rarely leave reviews restaurant because of the difficulties that most food establishments have dealing with my food allergies. We rarely eat out because it is pretty much guaranteed my order will take longer than every one else and almost always has to be remade.
When I spoke with the waitress, Julie, she was very understanding, explained what she thought would work for me, then went to double check. She informed me she was incorrect about one item but the other would work. I ordered and was very, very happy with the seared tuna with pepper sauce made gluten free using tamari instead of soy sauce. The tuna was almost as good as what I had in Hawaii, and the best I have had in Colorado.
We were in the area visiting friends and went to the restaurant with 4 children ages 3 1/2 to 7. All of them were able to eat without fussing and my kids tried several things from the bento boxes.
My wife said the bento box was very good and she would order it again.
After leaving and returning home 2.5 hours away I realized I had left my credit card. I contacted them and they had it. After verifying my info the sent it back via registered mail within a couple of hours of me calling.
I will definitely visit them again when...
