Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

I went through the drivethru and placed an order for a breakfast crunchwrap and added a chicken quesadilla. After ordering, I asked if the quesadilla was a small one or if they only had the one that comes with a meal. The cashier (Daniyah) was nice enough and said they had one size only, so I asked that it be taken off as it would be too big. She removed it, then I asked if the breakfast crunchwrap was a meal. Someone in the background sighed out loud and said "oh my god", as if I was bothering them with the questions, which i clearly heard over the intercom at the drivethru. I commenced to just leave my order as is and drove to the window. I told the server I hear over the intercom what was said by someone in the background while she took my order. She sincerely apologized and asked me if I heard that. Her demeanor was apologetic and I could tell she was embarrassed that her team member was being nasty. Daniyah continued to apologize on behalf of her team member and said she is sorry I heard that. However, it is already too late. I do not want to go to any restaurant or fast food chain and feel like I am bothering the employees. First of all I had to wait forever to just get up to speaker. Then I had to sit a few minutes at window, for them to come & tell me to move up, for them to bring out. I had done my order on app on mobile, so my food should have been ready!!!! So I moved up & waited for too long. She finally brought me my order, I asked her if they had left the sour cream off 1 of the $7 dollar boxes? She said yes, that the one with sour cream was on top. So I drove away. Half way to my friend's house, I was so hungry, I opened the top box & reached inside for a cinnamon twist. I had asked to swap cinnamon twists on each order, instead of chips, I hate that cheap cheese! Well, there were no cinnamon twists in either box, only chips & cheese. My receipt is right, but the food wasn't! I tried calling the store, it rang & rang forever, then just cut off. I was too far to turn around and go back. Well not only was my swap not right, the box that was supposed to not have sour cream, had it on 2 items! My friend was furious! I doubt we will eat Taco...

I LOVE THE CHALUPA COMBO!! I gotta have it Supreme! With that, I choose the Crunchy Taco and upgrade it to a Supreme Taco, the nachos and cheese are delish, and to complete it, a Large Sweet Tea!! Freaking heck, it’s so good! My Mom and I were skeptical about TACO Bell serving chicken nuggets but they were really good too! I didn’t like that you couldn’t swap out the Nacho fries (an absolute disgrace, I don’t know what the point of them are) but it’s whatever. There was one female staff member that was really nice but unfortunately I didn’t get her name and haven’t seen her in my recent visits. Everyone else was okay, I guess. P.S.A Make sure to taste your drink if you go inside and pour your drink from the dispenser or go through drive-thru. Sadly, on my last two visits they were all really flat and the tea wasn’t sweet. I still recommend them tho! If not for the drinks, definitely...
