McDonald's — Restaurant in Florence

Stopped here to grab my wife a quick bite. Upon pulling up to the order window we were rudely greeted by someone who was speaking fast, while being very short. I ordered a #7 combo with an orange Fanta, she quickly blurted out something that sounded along the line of "diet coke" but it also included the price so I assume that wasn't what she said and that she heard me correctly. We got to the window and was given the same attitude by this young lady. Again, Very short and very rude.upon pulling up to the second window after paying we were in fact, handed a diet coke, that I did not order. I asked this young lady to take it back and provide me the Fanta I had ordered. She rudely refused to take back the drink, even to dispose of it as I absolutely did not want a diet coke. I asked her what she wanted me to do with it and she pointed to the trash can straight ahead. She was giving us some serious attitude during the whole encounter. We were trying to be nice to her while still blown away by the horrible young lady's attitude at the first window, only for it to get even worse with this one. Not sure how they are being treated by their superiors or by other customers (vehicle ahead of us was a police cruiser/Law enforcement Officer) but it should not warrant treating anyone, especially a paying customer like this. I have very low expectations of McDonald's as it is, but this was the cherry on top of the worst possible visits to a fast food restaurant I could have ever imagined. These two young ladies should have their employment terminated immediately, so no one else gets treated the way we were.

I know 8/10 times I go to this location, my order will be made incorrectly, OR I will see/hear something an employee does (or doesn't do, that they should) that just screams "I NEED TO BE TRAINED PROPERLY" very poor social skills/interpersonal skills. Mostly 16-25 year olds who are ethere just to get experience and a pay check and leave. I understand it is McDonald's, but this franchise, and this location, is just lacking. Although I still visit at least a couple times a month, always giving the benefit of the doubt to whomever is working, which usually leads to disappointment. I can say that if you do receive incorrect food, or missing food, and you have your receipt and or photos, you will be reimbursed and or have your food remade, and when that happens they've always been good about making it correctly. Just irks me that usually, almost every time, I have to go inside or back up to the counter due to the negligence or carelessness of their employees. Again, it's just McDonald's, but I remember McyDs being a fun place with yummy once in a while food that always came out right the first time, but that was the 90's and I suppose the generation working the fast food restaurants now just doesn't have the same work ethic or pride in...

Very Very Dirty... Came in at 12:30, it was quite dead for the time of day. I was promptly greeted, friendly server and orders were taken. As we wait for our food, looking for a table, every single table was dirty... Every table had a RED placard saying it needs to be sanitized, I'm not worried about germs, but the crumbs, ketchup, soda dripping on every table... I'm not picky, but this was unbelievable that I had nowhere to sit. I asked a staff to wipe a booth and the never came back, instead they went outside to unload the McDonald's truck that arrived... I cleaned my own table and sat. Plenty of staff behind the counter joking around, no one attending the lobby. Then in the middle of my meal, I was asked to move my vehicle so the semi can move forward more, so I had to stop eating my meal and go find a new parking spot which took about 3min, when I returned I found Flys are all over my food.. And as I look around, I noticed there are flys everywhere... I threw my food away and left... Dirty tables, interrupted my meal, and then flys all over... I would expect this in a big...
