Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Florence

I love the sonic. Go there at least once a day even if it's just for a drink. In saying that....they make a lot of mistakes with orders. Tonight, as I was placing my order the little girl, Macy, continuously enters wrong information on the screen. As I see the order being put in wrong, I try to let her know it's not right. She very rudely tells me she knows it's not right and just to tell her what else I want.....so I let it slide and finish my order. AGAIN, it is wrong so I start to tell her and she yells, "I know what you said, my God".....well if that didn't blow my mind enough.....I turn to my kids and say to them, I don't think I like her. In which she comes back on the speaker saying, " I really don't care if you like me, you don't have to like me." (Mouth drops to floor) This kind of trash does not need to be working with the public. First off, when an order is complete, you don't continue listening to conversations. Second, if you are so trashy and immature to where you don't know when to keep your mouth shut, working with the public is not for you. Now.....even after all of this, I still got my order for the night. After going through it, it appears that the staff at this sonic had some fun with my food and decided to add some "extras". I have pictures and witnesses and plan on not letting this go. I will NEVER eat at this...

I am so proud of the way Sonic has improved in the last year, especially through this virus mess we're all having to go through. The food is GREAT!!! That's never been the problem here in Florence. Well ... I got a beep yesterday evening to pick up an order & deliver to one of my best customers, so I took it, hoping for the best. Sonic was great this time!!! I didn't have to sit forever before someone asked me what I wanted. They actually had the order ready & brought it right out. Nothing was missing. The drinks ... 4 large ones ... were in a very nice carrier & best of all, she was nice! Very nice! What a great attitude & Sonic was busy too, as usual. I felt bad that I didn't have any cash to tip her. She really deserved a good tip. I don't know if the owner is new or if he cleaned house, but the service was excellent. It had been about as far away from excellent that you can get, in my opinion. Or, maybe I just got lucky yesterday. Anyway, it's amazing how one sweet person can change an attitude (like mine) in just a few minutes. I still feel bad that I didn't have any tip money, but I'll be sure...

WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A SONICS. The woman that was taking the orders was as rude as could be this evening. Even went as far as not giving me my change after I had RE-ORDER my drink because she would not listen when I was trying to order it. Went through the drive thru in order to get my drink. I ordered a cheeseburger and didn’t eat but 2 bites of it because it tasted either old or not cooked correctly. When I went through the drive thru to get my drink I sat there watching as the girl making my drink was having a hang out with her coworkers inside. She came out to get my money and did not bring me my change. I was so angry at that point that I drove off after sitting for 5 mins and the girl finally bringing me my drink. Once I got home and tried to eat my disgusting food from this location. I tried to drink my drink and the ENTIRE cup is full to the top with ice. I ordered a route 44. I am completely disappointed. I have been driving for 12 1/2 hours and got really happy when I saw that I could get something fast food that I...
