Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florence

3RD FINAL REVIEW As of this date or year 2018 I no longer recommend this restaurant. Some of the guys are really out of line with customer service and disrespectful and those women in their don't smile at me and act like they are mad that I came in. Well I know I'm beautiful and they literally seem jealous! No pun these folk know I have been a regular but I feel very unwelcome and I haven't came back in over three weeks I used to go sometimes daily but now this place seems to be hateful, unprofessional, rude and did I say it stinks! It stinks in there to a lot of times. I will keep my previous reviews on here this one is an update from 6 very unpleasant months of detailed notes and observations. Also to note the smoke is really strong outside where the employees take a break! 🚬 smell so strong I almost passed out from all of it. And some of the managers shouldn't be in the food industry. Some of the workers are simply nasty and not even well groomed. So I would proceed with caution before going here. One time one of the managers stayed in the bathroom an entire hour and lets just say I waited after eating my meal for around 15 minutes...she must have had the runs cause that was an awful long time. She must be eating too many beans and had her running for the toilet. Caution!!! Check into another Taco Bell cause this might be the worst one in the state lol! I got a lot of notes on this place. Funny how crazy I am but even sadder how some of them don't even or didn't even wear gloves! Again use caution and watch your food the entire time they make it!!!

NO LONGER THE CASE: I like to eat here cause it may sound weird but the food tastes better than the other close by one, their beans come out better at this location. Also it is about the only fast-food restaurant that is actually fast and fresh, and they have pretty good management and they are good about correcting mistakes, they also offer Wi-Fi and you can eat outside. So I give them 4 stars. Now if they want 5 stars they need to make more vegan meals and they should be cheaper than the meat menu, I know they have "Power" and that is a start but more is needed. I like a lot of the workers and they know me when I come if not by name by my presence or my order lol!

2ND REVIEWI am editing now cause their customer service has gone down a bit. And they can be so petty at times. Rerate down a star also. Needs improvement the other location has rised to the ocassion with the beans and customer service. Still ok but ok is not great. Come on Taco Bell 7 points improve the service, accuracy and stop the petty stuff...lol some employees worry about 1 or 2 squirts of...

The Taco Bell on Wood Ave. is clean and the staff is friendly but they consistently mess up my order, and I always order the same exact thing. Two crunchy beef taco supremes and a beef chalupa supreme. 9 times out of 10 I'm given regular tacos but charged for the supremes. Often my tacos are so soggy I can't even eat them. The chalupa is usually great, although sometimes the shell is undercooked. I only come to this one because it's right around the corner from my house, otherwise I'd go to a different one. My food shouldn't be soggy two minutes after purchasing it.

Big G is really pushing me to review here lately. You know one of the biggest things that makes taco bell so bad? It is ofc is when they put all of each ingredient to one side of the burrito. you go to take a bite and its all cheese, all lettuce, all sauce, all sour cream, or all rice. This particular Taco bell seems to have a problem when it comes to distributing the ingredients throughout the burrito, worse so than others and more often.
