This is the first time I have ever given them a less than perfect score for their steak. I have been ordering the 16oz. Sirloin cooked medium rare and it's has always been cooked perfect and tender for a sirloin steak and taste delicious. But this time it was TOUGH... Very tough. I couldn't finish it because I couldn't chew it. I thought at first it would get more tender towards the middle of the steak but it only got worse. this has never happened before at this or any Texas roadhouse restaurant. I hope and believe it was just a bad steak and it won't happen again. I told our server (who was awesome by the way) and she offered to get me another steak but we had an appointment so I didn't have time to wait as they were packed that day and very busy so I told her I would appreciate a discount and she went to take to the manager (who didn't come to my table and talk to me or look at the steak, I would have appreciated speaking with them about it. But they were busy as I said.) They offered us a 10% discount (which was adequate... I would have preferred to show them the steak.) Everything else was great as usual! Food, service, everything. Love the rolls!

My wife and I went there for my 60th birthday dinner. When we order my wife order an appetizer and grilled shrimp. I ordered a 16 rib eye because the prime rib was not available on a Tuesday night. Our waitress returned to table after our salads an appetizer had been deliver and informed me that there were no 16OZ rib eye's available either and ask did I want a 12OZ I told her to cancel my order and I would eat my salad and the shared appetizer. She returned a short while later and informed me that one of the managers on duty was qualified to cut steaks and would cut me a 16OZ rib eye. I thought WOW what service. it was my day ! When the meals arrived I new immediately that it was not a 16 OZ rib eye. I put a $100.00 bill on the table and told the waitress I would bet her that wasn't a 16 OZ steak. She said she couldn't do that and I agreed she shouldn't do that. They took the steak off the ticket and did not charge for it. I didn't eat it and put it in one of your to boxes.( you have a picture) I tipped the waitress $20.00 on a $30.00 ticket because this wasn't her fault and she felt bad about ruining my birthday dinner. I let her know she wasn't responsible. a manager never took the time to even come to the table. I took the steak to my business and weight it in the container the container and the steak only weighed 0.765 lb. This was weight on a scale that has to be certified for trade every year by weight and measures department of Alabama. I can take the container and weigh it and subtract from this to get the real total weight, but that would only make this worse. What really concerns me is this a business practice with the intent to short customers. The practice of shorting every customer would amount to quite the return to your business units. I travel on the road working construction and spend 300+ days in hotels eating out and usually Texas Roadhouse is one of my go to consistent spots. This location has been a nightmare, stay clear if you have a choice.... So two nights ago, I order a Grilled chicken salad from this location to find out when I got back to the hotel that they gave me a Chicken Critter salad. No big deal mistakes happen called the manager she offered a credit to come back to get another salad or whatever I wanted for the same value. Fast forward to tonight I place my order on the phone like last time guy says 20-25 mins like usual. I arrived checked in with their curbside guy then proceeded to wait 30 more mins as cars came and went with their orders. So I became curious and walked up to ask the guy if he had an update on my order. His response was it will be another 10 mins because they made your salad wrong again. I’m just baffled at this point, I ordered a grilled chicken salad with no tomato, one of the easiest orders off their menu. So I ask to speak with the manager, she walks out to my car with my order and waits for me to check it in front of her. Big surprise, opened the box to no red onions and what looks to be a chicken critter salad with grilled chicken (wrong salad #3). This is the third time it’s wrong and I really had nothing to say. She walked in and brought out a sauce container half filled with chopped red onions and half bacon bits which I already had tons of with the chicken as you can see in the picture and she knew this too cause she stood their when I unwrapped the chicken. Anyone who has ordered their salads from any of their other locations know they come looking fresh with big whole onion slices and is a really good salad especially since they charge $15 for it, you just expect more than what I was served and this is after they messed the order up 3 times, so you’d think they would say “hey guys make sure this order is actually right this time.” It was nice to get a comped meal because of their original mistake but that comp is pointless if they just continue to not give you the correct order and also make you wait an hour for a salad and it be wrong again.

Ok ! So we had a big crowd for my cousin’s/daughter’s birthday lastnight . Our waitresses were fine …we had to go orders but they told us to wait until they finished serving . We go to order and they tell us the kitchen is closed ! So I ask to see the manager (2x) **BLAIRE** and she comes over already looking weird …so I tell her what happened and she says “yeah , they said y’all needs to go orders but the kitchen was closed and y’all wanted to see me , but I told them to put the orders in and then they said that y’all were fine and didn’t need any to go orders…” I told her that I didn’t believe the story , but whatever , I just wanted to order my bfs food . Then she proceeds to get loud and say “don’t call my waitresses liars …” and I told her that I didn’t , but I don’t believe her story …anyway she proceeds to get smart and say “are you gonna order ? If not you can pay and leave …” three times …when I already told her that I was ! Anyway I ended up ordering but she clearly had an attitude before she came over . And if the story was anything like she said and was aware of it , she still should’ve come to the table and checked to be sure . She clearly failed lastnight and I don’t appreciate it at all . She was very rude . Anyway , the waitresses were good and the food was good . But that manager really needs more training clearly !
