I actually score this Arby’s with a 0 star. I tried one more time at this location! I waited in line a long time, I ordered my food, did not receive what I ordered! The food that I did receive was terrible. The lady at the drive-through window handed me a Coke that was dripping Coca-Cola off of it. I asked her for a napkin because the Coke was running all over the place! She handed me about 30 napkins over the top of the cup I’m holding with both hands outside of the car window to keep it from dripping all over my car! I then realized she hadn’t given me the other coke I ordered and I could see it sitting there on the counter. I knocked on the window and asked for my other Coke (which is clearly on my receipt) and she seemed like I bothered her! She was very disrespectful! My food order was so screwed up and inedible that it’s not worth even mentioning! I called the store to make a complaint and I felt like I had called somebody’s personal cell phone! The lady answered “yeah” like a thug! I don’t think this Arby’s will be around very long! Every time that I’ve gone to this location I’ve had a bad experience, this will be my last visit. Read moreI'm here now. They had me pay, then pull in a parking spot, and here I am waiting and waiting over 10 min now. I paid $30 for a couple of sandwiches and have to wait just as long as a regular restaurant. I'm not a fan of pulling customers at the window to a parking spot. Just to make your service times, LOOK faster. If you falsify the metrics for service times. You have false metrics. If your general manager is reporting 3 min order times from order to food in hand. It's FALSE. 10 and a half min wait is the actual time. Not the lying you do to corporate. The other Arby's on 41 NEVER ever pulls the car to a parking spot and real efficient times for placing and receiving order. The employee who took the order was not friendly and kinda rude. The lady who brought out the food was friendly and smiling and gave great customer service. One good out of 3 bads is a failing grade.

Read moreThis manager could not handle the pressure. I arrived at drive through 927 and no one attended to me. When I drove to the window the.cook greeted me. When he asked the manager for assistance his reponce was we are only two people. I was told to go through drive thru and they would assistance. That was not.the case instead the manger wanted to argue with me how he could not serve food. Tried to say it was illegal the by the way we were now pushing 940. Not closing time. I proceeded to enter the restaurant and the girl attendent (3rd person) made the effort and accomplished getting me.my roast beef and chedar . This process was a double in aggravation since I specifically jumped off the highway to have Arby's and it was not closing time. He just clearly could not handle the pressure.
