I come to this Arby’s ALL THE TIME. Every single time I always get a side of pickles to go on my sandwhich. Tonight when we asked the drive thru worker for the pickles he acted dumbfounded and said we don’t sell pickles…I wasn’t asking to buy pickles, I was asking for a side of pickles for my sandwhich like you would get at any other establishment. He sat there and argued with my husband in the drive thru over 2 PICKLES! Then proceeded to call the owner and ask her how to sell us pickles. Came back to the window and again said I can’t sell you pickles. Then proceeded to ask my husband who normally gives us the pickles…like we should know each worker there by name. He asked if it was a lady with crazy hair because she doesn’t typically follow the rules. Like what the actual….then he proceeds to tell my husband that it’s an inventory issue and his inventory would be messed up…sir you mean to tell me you dump out the container of pickles each night and count them one by one? Which is hilarious because this specific worker gave us like 6 extra toys one time in the drive thru for no reason so I guess they don’t take inventory on those? I realize that this review is absolutely ridiculous but so was this encounter and I can say with absolute sincerity I will not be back to...
Read moreWent here last week Wednesday morning. Arrived just before opening time of 10 a.m. 10 came and went. Knocked on door but completely ignored by people inside. Left about 10:15. Still not open. Not impressed. Won't waste my time in future; don't want to bother them. It is now 2021, April. Went back to this place at 10:20 and still not open. Employees once again ignored us. Went to drive-thru. Placed TWO orders for two-fers and the girl says that will be: $4.87. I replied that can't be right, I ordered TWO different things and neither would have cost that little. She starts arguing that I only ordered ONE gyro. I know what I ordered, I heard myself say it. I just drove off. This place has some real employee issues. For sure, there will be NO return...
Read moreThis Arby's is conveniently located to I-75 and Corkscrew Road if you are traveling to Coconut Point Mall. We stopped by the drive through for a mint chocolate chip milkshake--something that you can only get close to St. Patrick's Day. The shake was yummy and service was quick. We also bought some turnovers "to go," but were disappointed that they didn't have 4 apple. Instead, we got 2 apple and 2 cherry. They were for later that night as dessert. I was a tad unhappy with the turnovers because they weren't as flaky as they usually are, but they were certainly tasty. All in all, it was a good visit. The location has to contend with a bit of road construction nearby, but that will clear up eventually. I'd go back the next time I'm in the area if I wanted...
