Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

We were in the mood for ice cream, and ultimately, that was decent, so the visit was OK. The tables/seats that were the most isolated and would've been the best for social distancing were actually closed, so that the 3 open tables were right together. Weird. We were the only ones in the place, though, so it didn't matter. Just seemed an odd choice of tables. They can't give taste samples anymore, somehow because of Covid, but I got lucky, because the White Winter Chocolate was yummy, if not entirely frozen. Pralines and Cream remains delicious. I pass this location daily but never stopped until today... this location never seems too busy and today I found out why... the portion of ice cream I received on my cone was extremely small... it didn't even fill up the top of the cone (please see photo)... as I bit into the cone, it was very stale, and that may be because he used the cone that was on the display thing and not a fresh one out of the dispenser... after pushing my ice cream down into the cone, by my second bite of stale cake, I could not eat anymore of it and promptly asked for a refund... Ordered 2 brownie sundaes, husband had to pull forward and wait. Young man comes to the car with 1 and it doesn’t have a lid on it, no nuts 1 1/2 scoop of ice cream very little chocolate drizzle and no cherry!
