China Gate — Restaurant in Florida

We have been going here for a long time.... I thought I would post the current menu, because sometimes it is hard to navigate through the website and/or Uber eats....of course, prices are subject to change, but this is, for the most part, correct as of September, 2025. Printed menu has more options than the website so I usually call it in. We have never had any issues with the owners or staff being rude, once in a great while there is a minor misunderstanding .... Linda is very sweet and she's always friendly with me, sometimes we ask for dishes with no onions, and they are fine to accommodate it.... the fried chicken wings are really good, the chicken egg foo young is great....The pork fried rice is excellent, sweet-and-sour chicken is good, almost everything we have had here is good...

The woman had a hard time running my card I was very patient when she insisted that I must not have enough money in my bank account to pay for the food that is where I drew the line very unprofessional and rude made me uncomfortable and for that simple reason I will not return. I understand that sometimes the card may be declined for people with insufficient funds but to out loud and blatantly say the food $60 do you even have that in your account not okay. Instead of inserting it over and over again she should have just typed it like she finally did and it went through with no problems and instead of saying my apologies she just smirked and handed me my food and didn't even...

I put in my card information online already and they made a huge deal about me paying with my card in the store. I put my info online already for a reason, I shouldn't have to pull my card out to pay in store. They even said they can do it online but it's just easier to take my card. Are you that lazy? 🙄 Your food isn't worth the price you charge to make such a huge fuss, you can deal with taking my info online, this place is a joke.
