Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

Ordered ice cream thru Uber eats and they only put half of our food order in the bag when we received it…called up there for something to be made right about the Situation seeing as I paid $35 for only 2 milkshakes the lady said I could just come pick them up which I’m not able to do so Hense uber eats…they asked what I ordered and lady said they were out of a topping that went with the order but they even called before our Uber showed up to say they were out of the first ice cream I ordered online and I had to pick something else which is why they probably only put half my order in the bag.. but they had just called us and then only half the order showed up…before I could finish trying to get help she hangs up, completely unacceptable paid $35 to only receive two milkshakes..most ridiculous and upsetting thing when expecting your whole family to sit down for a evening time snack and half of us only get it? So...

I went there to get a large chocolate shake and got a large chocolate milk instead because it was super liquidity and I waited for 15 minutes just for one shake but it turned out that it was on the counter waiting to be delivered to me and someone wasn't paying attention (I was told this by one of the workers) and that's why it was so runny. I didn't pay 7 dollars for chocolate milk when I can make at home for free. So when I went back to get an actual chocolate shake they said they can't do nothing about it. Yes they sure can! Im young and and only get paid minimum wage so I don't have time for my money going to waste. I feel like I was robbed. I usually keep my mouth shut and don't like to be negative but this was just unacceptable. The shake wasn't even for me, it was for my mother and if you know how mothers act about their food being messed up you know its not...

Just left baskin robins after ordering a hot-fudge sundae, very disappointed. The first bite I put into my mouth was awful. The hot fudge was burnt and clumped together, so bad that I could hardly chew. When we went up to the drive through speaker to explain what was wrong, the guy wouldn’t even let my husband finish speaking before he said “that’s all the hot fudge I have”. He then proceeded to argue with my husband about whether or not the hot fudge was actually burnt and told him “it’s just not hot”. We asked him for a refund and he goes “I can give you some whipped cream, ice cream, and nuts” and when asked again about a refund he said “can’t do that. Don’t have manager numbers or anything, so that’s not possible.” My husband asked if we could come back tomorrow, but I’m honestly not...
