KFC — Restaurant in Florida

Drive through order...1) 3pc tender meal, fries, fruit punch...2)3pc tender ala carte...3) 2 famous bowls ala carte...$31.12...then they say no tenders...I tell them I'll wait...pull to window...pay...but then wanna make 2 famous bowls meals...$9. and some change...tell the guy that can't be right...he says yeah it is...I explain I don't want 2 fries and 2 drinks rang up separately...I want to change the famous bowls to meals...told they don't usually do that seeing how I already paid for the food...but then he does it anyways...$4.03...told it would be 20mins on the tenders...food comes out ...missing 3 tenders and 1 french fry...get out go inside tell them I'm missing those items...tells me they put them in there...I say they're not there...they get me the items...go out to car...locked my keys in the car...walk to O'Reilly's spend $90 on lock out kit...walk back to kfc...get car open...drive home...open missing items bag...2 pc (not 3)tenders and fries...never again will I waste my time and money...

On what planet is it okay for KFC to run out of chicken! Now I thought it was an accidental thing one time BUT NOPE I have been to this KFC 3 different times tonight being one of them when they didn't have chicken! Like where do they do that?? I mean how can I expect someone to go to KFac and NOT order chicken?? It's almost impossible! Not to mention I never get everything I ordered! Like tonight I was missing my bowl thing (I forget what it's called) my biscuits and a gravy then two breasts.butbecause I was there just before 9 (they close at 9) and apparently according to the lady taking my order threw the drive thru they" didn't have a cook. So what they got is what they got and that's just that!" I will never go there again! I'm sick of it I get home and don't have all the food and go to call and of course they don't answer cause it was 5 till 9 and God for bid if they were to have to fix something they messed up!! But they sure had no problem taking my money for the food I...

This store definitely need people trained in customer service and being respectful to others. Also, they are drive thru only which is good, but they are supposed to open at 11, however, they open whenever they want to. I have arrive at 11-11:10am and been told they open at 11:30-11:40am. When I asked why, the lady had an attitude and say they open when they are able to open. The worst thing is I get to window and noticed the manager is wearing the headphones so she was either the one that took the order or at least was listening and didn't care. The manager was the one to hand out my food. She didn't say a word to me and didn't include plastic utensils or napkins so I assume she eats with her fingers and use her clothes for cleaning lol and also got my order wrong as I paid an upcharge to get mac n cheese instead of mashed potatoes and didn't. Also was missing the chocolate chip cookie. The store needs help and it has to show on their numbers because how can you go...
