READ IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN ORDERING ONLINE AND/OR BUYING A CAKE: DO NOT. I ordered 2 custom polar pizzas online 2 days prior to pick up (confirmation was sent and everything)… all was going well until the pick up date. THEY DID NOT HAVE MY PIZZAS! It was my birthday and I drove 30 minutes to this location just to eat these polar pizzas. You can just imagine the let down after you’ve been on the road so long and all that’s keeping you going are the non existent polar pizzas waiting for you. After talking to a very nice employee, the manager told us we could get two ice cream cakes they had in the back as a replacement. First off all, these cakes had tooooo much frosting, like, you had to get past a whole inch of icing just to get to the goods. The ice cream inside wasn’t even that good. It was stretchy like gum. You can just tell these cakes have probably been in a freezer for over a century. We left the cakes (almost untouched) in the establishment during our departure. I think anyone who is willing to eat one of these cakes entirely should be put on 24 hour psych hold PRONTO. To anyone still reading this: I’m begging you, please spare yourself the disappointment from coming here. To whoever runs this establishment: You took something away from me that I’ll never get back again. I will remember this… Also, congratulations, this is my first one star review—you guys have earned it.

How do I put this eloquently…I am not one to leave one star reviews but alas…here we are. It was my friends birthday and she had ordered a custom polar pizza which mind you was almost 40 minutes away so while on the road we just hoped it was worth it and i’m sure it was-but i can’t answer that question because the employee said she didn’t have the pizzas even thought we had the confirmation. The employee (super nice) told us she called to say there wasn’t the flavor requested but we had no missed calls…interesting. Despite this, she gracefully offered two ice cream cakes in exchange, which sounds good in theory but sadly the cake was extremely gummy and stretchy (don’t recall the last time i ate ice cream that had the texture of old gum) and super thick frosting and just tasted old, not to mention ROCK hard even after being left in the sun which seemed to have no effect…I’m sure the worker meant well but this review is to the establishment as a whole not to anyone in specific. I hope they get their act up so people can enjoy their promised confirmed custom polar pizza… People seem to have a recurring issue with online orders so I hope this is a sign to...

DO NOT RECOMMEND Johnathan (855041) got our order wrong,we informed him & he cursed us out & told us to get df outta here! Instead of fixing our order! How rude??? If that’s the kind of service you all offer I will no longer be back! I also recorded him on video as he continued to curse us out! & I’m pregnant! Just no respect at all! Hire better people! The service is trash here!! People order what they want & you’re mad at us cause you got it wrong???...
