Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

CHANGE YOUR HOURS!! Here and on the door it says you close at 4 am! I rode to this location for 25 minutes on Saturday morning, with the flu, tired, and in the freezing cold on a manual bicycle doing Uber Eats and for only $4 and change, only to be told when I arrived there at about 2:50 am that they were closed. The three remaining female employees that were there got up from the table they were chatting at and went to the register at which point they signaled and shouted they were closed and continued to state so despite me showing them my phone from the glass door. One woman made a two symbol to state that they close at 2. A few minutes later, they all proceeded to exit the building, went in cars, and left! Another Uber Eats driver showed up and wasted time there trying to get to get a hold of someone by the drive thru window because he didn't believe what I told him / and / or like the rest of us, was desperate for the pay promised with the order. There was also a car waiting at the drive through window. On my way back to my origin, I got about 4 to 5 more order requests to the same Taco Bell, all of which I had to reject. Uber was of no help because they no longer now even give you the measly $3 for occurrences such as these. I also told them that another Uber Eats driver showed up but all they would say is that they will work on making things better. Shame on you Taco Bell and shame on...

Worst shift ever! I literally show up every morning after I get off of work to this location hoping that I could get some breakfast and every morning the lady that works the window at this hour tells me that the kitchen is not ready when I arrive after the opening hour and I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes I do not have time to wait that time so after various times of going and not being able to get my food on time I decided to complain to the manager and the manager decided to tell me that I have to suck it up that the kitchen is new and they don't have the kitchen ready ever at this hour and I said why is it that when I look it up the clock says 7 a.m. is opening hour and you guys are never on time and instead of listen to the advice she decides to argue with me I will never be coming back to this location sad to say even. It is July 13th,I just left the drive through,there was a young girl that took my order she was Soo humble and nice,I asked for nacho cheese and sour cream on my chalupa,when I got to the drive thru the older lady that made it tried to tell me that's the amount it supposed to be,mind you I have been coming there for a minute and they never put a little tiny bit like that,this had to be around 1am in the morning,she was rude and miserable,I feel like if you don't like the job then switch your position,I paid extra but I didn't mind,some people just don't care about how people order is made,we as customers didn't have nothing to do with the position she chose and if she doesn't like her job then she needs to try something different,it doesn't make sense for people to be rude to customers when they had nothing to do with your career...
