Pizza and food is not worth the HASSLE from ordering from this restaurant. ***

First experience OK although I waited a long time

Update- Ordered another time. I selected pick-up/takeout because the delivery time was too long. I got there after 15 minutes and still had to wait another 35-45 minutes for 3 pizzas and wings. They did not start making our pizzas until after we arrived to pick them up

** Update- ordered again- unacceptable

12:59pm : ordered via Slice. received a message immediately that it would now take 105 minutes for delivery.

-105pm : I Called slice to cancel because I couldn’t wait that long. Slice advised they spoke with the restaurant who advised this was an error. It would only take 1 hr. I told them ok if that’s the case we could proceed.

230pm - I called Slice because that’s unacceptable that i need to wait this long when I was assured it would not; having cranky hungry children as a result. Slice advised it was on its way and tried to keep me happy with a percentage off. I endured because supposedly it should be here soon.

-2:50pm I called the restaurant directly because I was extremely upset because of the wait. The restaurant representative blamed SLICE for the delay saying they moved me to the end of the “delivery queue” when they inquired about canceling the order. And saying I should be upset for my experience. They have a delay. I called Slice immediately after to cancel the order.

3:08- the delivery driver showed up to deliver the pizza. No need I ordered Papa Johns and my his and was already going to pick it up.

It’s not even just a delivery issue, I’ve ordered pick up, waiting 25 minutes showed up at the restaurant and they still didn’t start it. I had to wait like an additional hour for it to be ready. They are Inefficient, not exactly sanitary because in the midst of Covid they are preparing food with the masks not properly placed on their face and in all, not worth the time and money you spend.

I found a new restaurant off of Miramar and Red Road...

This honestly has to be the worst pizza ever. I was at the store next door and the specials caught my eye so I went in. When I walked in there was 2 girls just standing around the place was empty ( I should of left then) but I didn’t. I ordered a medium pepperoni $15 walked 20 to the pizza home and when I opened the box I was disappointed immediately. I’m an avid pizza lover coming from NY/NJ this was cafeteria pizza hell even cafeteria pizza might be better. It had no taste and the crust dough tasted like cardboard. I will never go back there. Save your money go elsewhere. I will take the extra 15 min drive to DiPiazza in Hialeah.

UPDATE: I did reach out to the establishment per their request. I spoke to one of the cooks Francisco he was very friendly and understanding. I appreciate him attempting to resolve my unsatisfactory visit. As a courtesy he gave me two dinners of chicken Alfredo which were delicious. I am content with the way the resolved...

We've ordered from this place since 2019 the food back then was perfect every was cooked right and with high-quality ingredients but the food we received today (12/16/23) was the worst order we've ever received. to start we were missing sauces and dressings, the shrimp pasta was burnt in certain spots dry and soggy at the same time and the shrimp were small and didn't look the best. The Philly cheese steak had barely any cheese and was dry and salty. We paid 1.00 extra for ricotta cheese on our calzone and there was none. We paid 2.50 for a 12 oz malta and we got a 7oz. The food was very oily and there was oil dripping out of one of the bags. The sandwich I specifically ordered had no cheese (as I have a dairy intolerance) still had parmesan cheese on top. To conclude we will most likely no longer be ordering as we spent 80$ for this...
