Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Florida

I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Placed a cake order for a birthday cake. Went to pick up at said time and well no cake had to drive to other location to pick up cake. And well cake was not correct. It's sad I spent an hour including driving to get a cake that was wrong. And the options to fix it was a refund or pick out another cake. When the fix would have been simple (just take some nuts and cherries off and write 3 words). I work in the restaurant field myself and when something is wrong yes we offer a refund or we fix the order, we so not offer something else in its place. The day I placed the order I was also going to purchase milkshakes as well, but nope couldn't do that because the machine was down. Which I understand that things break down and such. I had to wait an hour to get a call back because they had to get ahold of their manager to find out what they could do. I really would loved yo have given a better review, but for how this was...

I would give more stars if they were available. My husband and I very seldom go out due to todays society but I’m glad we did tonight because this was the best service from anywhere in a long time! Oscar is top on customer service made it difficult to select he was very personable offered sample flavors if we wanted to taste before ordering and wasn’t rushing us at all. Husband got a banana split and I got the best waffle bowl ever but didn’t take pictures because I dug in as soon as he handed it to me since I never had a fresh waffle bowl before. Tried to go through the drive thru. Asked for a banana royal, the gentleman that was working had to go check for bananas took several minutes to do this. Then we asked what he had for sugar free or low fat options he left he was not able to tell us if he did or not. So we. Then. Went into the store to check for ourselves and their options was almost none. We did order one banana royal with old fashioned butter pecan we had to repeat several times that we wanted hot fudge and whipped cream only.
