Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

I have came to this location for over 2 years. Never had a problem but tonight was different. I came tonight on trivia night with my 3 kids and pregnant wife. We played some trivia and ordered a lot of food and drinks for everyone. We received a kids meal that our youngest child didn't eat and wanted to tell the manager. She told us that there is nothing that she can do and what do we expect from Kraft Mac and Cheese and apple sauce. She said she can't refund a kids meal just because the kid don't like it. I asked if we can get a refund and she said she'll give us a to go box for the Mac and cheese that my son didn't like. She than told me that "this isn't a high quality restaurant, it's Beef o Brady's" than try to accuse us of always trying to get free meals. I never tried to get free meals and claimed she knows how of us. I have the beef o Brady rewards app and always use my rewards every couple weeks. I asked for the check and she went to go get it but after she heard me and my wife still talking she turned around and told us to get out and we don't have to pay. I told her "Why you rather kick us out and give us free food instead of refunding the kids meal." She had nothing to say. I always came here with my kids to watch football on Sundays with the 49ers group or come to get drinks on their happy hour but she banned us from coming back to a place we made our home for years. My wife likes the cheese quesadilla with lettuce and sour cream and never changes up but the manager treated her like she was less. She mocked my wife and tried to say my wife spit on her but we were call until the manager was making us seem like stealers. We literally asked for the check and she kicked us out. Worst...

I used to go to the Beefs in Dover for lunch and thought for St. Patty's day, I would try the one near home for dinner. Ill try to keep it short. There was no wait, which was awesome. There are tvs everywhere with everything you can imagine on. Unfortunately, though we got there at about 630 (2 people), by 745 we were asking for our check for the 2 drinks and appetizer we ordered. The waitress was drunk, came back 3 times to take our dinner order, tried to deliver drinks and other patrons meals to us all the whole apologizing for the long wait for our meals. Two other tables in her section who came in after us ordered, got their drinks, meals and tabs before we got another waitress to cancel our dinner order and bring our check. The table next to us had been waiting as long and one plate came out, the other came out 30 minutes later. The waitress had come and offered free cocktails but I turned them down. After we cancelled the meals, about 8pm a styrofoam plate with the corn beef and cabbagey hubby ordered and was cold. Shortly after the manager came to help the people next to us and we told him we had cancelled the order and just want to leave so we can go eat elsewhere. It took 15 minutes for the table next to us to get their change back. We finally paid for our drinks and appetizers and left. On the upside, the boom boom shrimp is AMAZING but ask for some ranch or blue cheese because it comes with neither. It's practically a meal on its own. Never got to see my burger but the corned beef was the consistency of a couple slices of salami. Never been more disappointed in...

I'm giving 3 stars and not less due to my previous experiences there (pre and post covid-19) were fine. Food was ok and service was great. Tonight however, was not a great experience night. We were greeted by two employees (one possibly a manager) saying to sit wherever we like that doesn't have an x. Fifteen-Twenty minutes later, ended up leaving without being served or getting menus. One server did come up after we'd been there for almost 10 minutes and ask if we'd been served yet and I said we hadn't, she apologized and said she'd be back with menus. I believe she may have gotten side tracked as another 5 minutes went by and no menus, no server. Meanwhile, 2 gentlemen arrived after us sat down and immediately the server (who appeared to possibly know them)sat down at their table, engaged in conversation and took their drink order. They had drinks on their table and we hadn't even gotten menus. This was not acceptable as the restaurant wasn't really busy and at one point I I looked around to try to get someone's attention and saw no staff. The worst part was the same server who ignored us and served the gentlemen said as we were leaving said something along the lines of have a good night and hope you enjoyed to which my now hangry husband replied hard to enjoy when you were never served and pointed out the table she was serving at that moment came in 10 minutes after we had.
