Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Florida

We arrived today 10/9/2022 for dinner. There was no one to seat so we just found a seat. A female server came to our table got the drinks which was totally acceptable time wise. She came back clearly she didn't know the menu. As I ordered the 6oz steak she tried to tell me it didn't come with a salad. So I pointed it out well it does come with salad she never asked how I wanted the steak cook so I reminded her I wanted RARE with A1 steak sauce. When the food came I was blown away the mashpotatoes was way under 1/3 of a cup like 2 half bites no joke. She left the food before I could ask for the steak sauce. We ended up finding a guy for the sauce. The Ranch was Watery. ++ Steak was cooked prefect good job chef++ Was never offered refills. Never checked on. We had to ask for check. Would I return? Yes but not anytime soon for the sole reason because the steak was cooked right. RARE you nailed it good job there. Noise level. It's a sport bar expect loud. The second time I’ve ordered from them that they have gotten it wrong. First time they denied they made a mistake. So, I took screenshots of the order this time. Again they got the order wrong. I called them and the manager hides behind the girl, running the bar who answered the phone, whispering what to say in her ear but loud enough for me to hear. She was “too busy” to get on the phone. The girl running the bar said she doesn’t even work there and isn’t familiar with how Uber works. She acknowledged the order being wrong but the manager whispered for me having to call Uber. Again this restaurant doesn’t want to back up their poor service! Since the manager refused to come to the phone I’ll be directing this to corporate. Well Where do i start i mean the whole experience was really bad the waitress look so miserable they gave us greasy dirty plates for appetizer i ask for clean plates they came back the same then moving on to the fact that when i made that complaint .All of the staff were staring at us i ordered a 5 cheese burger and it practically was raw so then they took it back and made a whole new Burger and was still the same so I mean cooking a hamburger is pretty basic that goes to show what the rest of the food would be like my husband had to rush straight to the bathroom It was practically like he ate at Burger King I remember coming here like 5 years ago and it was amazing but now they're below-standard unprofessional it looks like a bunch of teenage kids work there...
