Brendy’s Yogurt — Restaurant in Florida

First of all I would like to note that I am a regular Brendy's customer for over 10 years. I went tonight, and have to say I don't think I will be going back because they make arbitrary rules all of a sudden that you can only sample two of the yogurt flavors, and also they are not pet friendly.

I sampled the cheesecake, which tasted like vanilla, so I asked to try the French vanilla to compare which one I liked better to mix with another flavor. When it comes to the fat free flavors sometimes it has an artificial flavor taste so it's smart to try a few but apparently that's not allowed anymore. It's also good to sample because of the inconsistent textures between the different varieties but again you're only limited to two samples now and it's not worth it. I didn't want just vanilla so I left without getting anything.

I'd also like to note that I came in around 8:45pm and that they would rather waste the frozen yogurt rather than make a sale. Or maybe they aren't cleaning out the machines nightly...? Something is very shady about this location. Do...

i went here with my mom because she’s on a keto diet. we spent a little time looking at the flavors that are offered before we ordered, and this woman was hovering around us pressuring us to order. i decided quickly on what i wanted, so i ordered and the lady handed it to me. my mom took some extra time to decide but the lady kept pressuring her so she just decided not to get anything, which clearly upset this lady.

so my order ended up being a small cup of ice cream with gummy bears, which for some reason were given to me in a separate cup on the side. on the wall of the store, the price for a small cup is listed as $5.59. i was charged $10. i don’t know if this place really charges $5 for gummy bears, but i can’t help but feel like that was out of spite for my mom not ordering anything.

When I came, the lady working was very disrespectful and nasty. Very unwelcoming, and made me feel like I was a bother just for ordering. I witnessed the lady working there completely ignoring an eldery woman, who was asking for a straw, she later gave her a straw, but gave the woman no indication that she heard her, it's like she didn't even acknowledge the woman. When my mother went to pay for our orders the lady completely snatched my mother's card out of her hand before tapping it on a screen and shoving it back to her. She didn't even tell her the price or give her the receipt, my mother had to get the receipt herself from the printer. The ice cream is good, but no better than store bought and very overpriced, more than $5 for just one scoop. The horrible customer service didn't make it any better, will not be returning, I do...
