Called Sunday, place an significant order . Was put on hold with the phone down I obviously heard all the conversations and orders. They must of taken 6-7 orders left me hanging for 8 mins on hold. Tried to call back was a busy signal one line one person taking orders I understand its Sunday they are busy: you have certain days where a business makes more money than other days that its slower Sunday is a busier day: get involved turn more and hire help…
After 8 mins on hold I already knew my order would be 20-30 mins to get after that. Dont bother on busy days.
In response to owner : Nobody is special - it is very hard to find employment i agree , and nobody said anything about being special teach the working staff you already have to take phone numbers and provide call back. Setup an automated online ordering system , have an outside service generation company pick up for your business on these busy days , structure a proper response protocol , and help can be easily overpaid for/ compensated back from the profits of the business compared to the losses that happened today ( from me ) weather you need my business or not.
Not telling you how to run your business do what you need to do : but as a response to getting some special treatment dont care for it, your literally trying to prove to me in your own defense and justify why i was being put on hold and nobody ever bothered to call me back.

Read moreI was excited to share my enjoyment of Brooklyn bagel Wellington today with my girlfriend. We arrived shortly after 12 noon with our service animal Brody. The minute we entered the store a threatening man who was behind the counter manning the grill screamed at us to get the dog out now. At 1st I was shock but I remained calm and tried to explain to this rude man that service animals are always welcome and establishments. In fact, I reference the sign on the entry door which stated that dogs are not welcome however service animals are always welcome. Brody is a license/registered service animal. The man screamed loudly that neither me nor my girlfriend were blind therefore Brody could not possibly be a service animal. Again I was shocked at his behavior and how ignorant some one who was obviously running the store at the time could be when it is illegal to ask a customer who has is accompanied by a service animal to leave. I asked for the owner and he yelled even louder raised the spatula up in the air above his head and he was quite tall to begin with and very threateningly move towards me and said get out of the store. I decided that this was not worth the effort to continue to try to enjoy lunch at this establishment so I decided to take my girlfriend and our service animal and leave the premises. Read moreHey, i’ve Been coming here many times and is the one spot I go to when I’m around the are because it looked like a good place and family friendly and the people there are nice but today one lady change that. I went to buy a bagel today with my friend and a few minutes after we came in, a lady and her dog came in as well I thought nothing of it because well it’s a dog but then I saw it’s badge it said service dog and it showed proof it was a service dog and as I was waiting for the people in front of me to pay I noticed the lady in the cashier looking at the lady and her dog with such an offended face, maybe it was her natural face expression I didn’t know but what I did know is that something was going to go down. As I waited to get my food I hear the lady in the cashier and the other lady arguing about the service dog and she asking her to leave because “it was a risk” for the clients for him to be inside, from what I know service dogs are well trained and are not to show aggression, so I was shocked and honestly disturb to see a women with her service dog asked to leave just because of a dog who showed no aggression or danger to the customers that were there.
