Munchies Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Florida

BEYOND DISGUSTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. My family has ordered from Munchies for over 10 YEARS. We order from them upwards of 10 times a year for football parties and birthdays, spending nearly $100 with each order. Our most recent order was placed this past friday for pickup on Saturday. My 64 year old mother orders mild wings as she always has for the past decade. We pick them up and prepare them for her birthday party and they had mixed up our order with SCORCHER wings (as they personally referred to them as). They werent edible. I called the store and explained the issue as we ordered mild and clearly received the wrong wings. $90 plus dollars worth of inedible wings. The employee on the phone tells me that his manager said to bring them back and they will make us new wings. I drive from Gibsonton to Seffner to swap the wings and was told that there was a mixup and that they in fact WERE NOT going to replace the wings. The employee blamed my mother and said she must have ordered them this way... My mother would NEVER mix this up. She didnt even know "Scorcher" wings existed on their menu as she LITERALLY cannot eat wings aside from mild. The employee then called the person who took the order and the manager and nobody wanted to accept responsibilty. This isn't about the money. The manager flat out refused to accept any kind of accountability and refused to honor his word. If i could give them no stars, I would . A bunch of my co workers & I ordered from them today & spent close to $100 on food for lunch & had it delivered . All of our food was terrible, freezing cold & you could tell it was clearly old . I didn't get what I paid for & they over charged another co worker . I called to let them know about the issues & they were goino to bring replacements, but I let them know I would come up there when I clocked out & just get it myself . So me & another co workers went up there & they left is at the counter for about 10 minutes with no service . The whole time, the manager was standing behind us on his personal phone . So we finally get his attention & he is extremely rude !! They refuse to do any refund so we decide to just get replacements with fresh food . He not only was rude & had terrible customer service, he started yelling at us, threw the French fry bag towards me, told me I needed to leave his store & told me I was unprofessional . Lol !!! If I'm not mistaken, he was the manager & the one with horrible service . Last time I checked, the customer doesn't need to be professional . He tried to make us feel bad for complaining about the food when they were the ones giving old & freezing cold food . We will NEVER order from them again . Now I see why they don't do refunds, because they would go out of service for all the money they had to give back after...

I paid $8.00 for a box of lettuce, three strips of bland chicken that had no seasoning, melted sliced cheese and watered down dressing. And the smell! I have never had a salad stink so bad. I had to hear my co- workers around me complain. I was so embarrassed!!! It was so disgusting that I had to take pictures.

When I called to restaurant to complain and get my money back- they refused. I was appalled. They didn't even apologize for the smelly food or that it was completely made wrong and there was melted cheese all over the salad. They wanted to re-make my food but I had to pay to get it delivered to my job. When I asked the manager, Tarik I wanted my money back he tells me that he can't help me. So I asked to speak to the owner and Tarik pawned me off to another manager named Mike. I asked Mike I wanted to know the owner's availability so I may speak to him about this matter, and Mike tells me "Oh, I haven't seen him in a while, don't know when he's coming back." Mike didn't care that I was a disappointed customer and didn't try to help my situation that I was at work and couldn't eat my food or that I wanted my money back.

I will never eat here again! With this kind of customer service and quality of food, they won't stay open for long. Their not getting my or family's...
