Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

I go to Wawa everyday because I have a dependency on their ice and their coffee They don't normally have fresh coffee at 3:00 3:30 in the morning when I come there before work but that's okay I went in this morning a lot later because I was off and I was trying to order smoothies for my children and I went and paid for everything and I had a lot of stuff and then I put my stuff in my car came back inside and was waiting for my beverages and sat there standing there for 10 to 12 minutes looking stupid without anyone telling me anything and the woman behind the counter after I made it a point to walk up and look at the screen and see where my order was goes what number are you waiting for, and I said I already paid and she said no you didn't so then I find out that the cashier didn't scan the ticket when I put it down with all the rest of my stuff, so I was just standing there for 15 minutes looking like an idiot because no one could do their job no one could scan my stuff so I can pay for it and no one could advise me that I'm waiting on something that's not being made when they knew I was waiting there and saw me waiting I'll just stop going to Wawa's consumerism is going to die because people can't be decent or even efficient. I bought 2 sandwiches 4 hash browns a large coffee and 2 large cups of ice, and tobacco products over 30 dollars which is why I was unaware I didn't pay for everything. I come here just about everyday before work. I love the food. I love the people. I love the coffee. But what I really dislike is how the drink station is almost always closed or out of stock. The food is made way too slow. I used to work at wawa and all of this was completely unacceptable. Why is the drink station almost always closed when its clear they have the ingredients to make the beverages?? I normally always get iced coffee and the iced coffee has been blocked for two weeks now. Not one or two days. Two weeks. I shouldn't have to drive out of my way to Brandon to get the coffee I want when I have THIS Wawa literally right down the road. This location needs to step their game up...

Rude service - Store was well stocked and fine otherwise- I got to the counter and was waited on by a male employee with a beard working at 3pm 4/25/2023. The employee complained about my phone brightness even after we set the increase brightness option — he grabbed my phone to try and “make it work” - I explained to him that other WaWas do not have this problem with my phone- he kept insisting it was a problem and would not work for me to get my points — I told him I wasn’t leaving without my points - finally he scanned the app SLOWER and it worked.
