Horrible manager on staff tonight 5/25/23 @9:08. Completely gave us the wrong order. After I called back to have the order fixed the manager sounded like she got her vocabulary from a South Park episode. She stated she would not fix the order even though she had told me the reason we got something else was because they had ran out of what I ordered !?!?!? 🤨 I asked her for her name and she handed the phone to someone else. The new person on the phone was also a women and told me they were not fixing the order or taking the order back to give me a refund. I asked for the managers name so I could contact the cooperate headquarters and she said “We’re not going to do names bruh”. I said I could just drive back up look at your $3 shirt and read your $0.75 name tag. She said then do it. I asked what her name was since they wouldn’t give me the managers name she said she wouldn’t give her name out neither. Will never order from this place again I hope this review stops someone but it looks like everyone is leaving negative reviews. TIME...
Read moreI had the most unfortunate experience here. I went through the drive-thru and ordered this spicy chicken sandwich. As I was driving down the road eating it, I realized the meat was raw, so I took it back. When I got where and got a good look, I could see that the entire inside of it was completely raw. I spoke with the manager who was not helpful. She apologized and gave me my money back. The very young supervisor spoke to the equally young cook about watching the time on the meat. I asked the manager how something life this could happen, she said she didn't know since she just came out on the floor. She said the cook mystery have taken the meat out early. Seriously, she said that. I asked for her name and the store number.

Read moreA couple weeks ago, a friend ran out here to pick up some lunch for us and 3 kids, when he was gone for 45 minutes I called him to make sure he was okay. He said he had been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I was skeptical that was even possible but sure enough by the time he got back to the house his total time in the drive thru was 45 minutes and they messed up the order, forgot things, etc. I sort of brushed it off and forgot about it.
Fast forward to today, I had a craving for French toast sticks so I pulled in the drive thru, about 5 cars ahead of me, it took me 25 minutes to even get to order then another 15 minutes to get my food and be on my way. 40 minutes. In a drive thru. At a FAST FOOD place. Oh and they forgot my syrup so I had to pull back around, park, go inside and ask for it. The girl inside didn't even know where they kept the syrup, the lady next to me waiting for her food had to tell her it was right behind her....
