The Pizza is good but the experience wasn't great! I got on the mail a $10.00 off with a regular purchase. I try ordering online and the system the code wasn't working I call the store the 1st person that answer the phone told I was entering the code on the wrong spot and once more I was doing it wrong. I told her that I was going to think about it as I was mad due to, she wouldn't let me talk.
I try calling once more as my child really wanted 5 Start Pizza. The 2nd time I spoke to a guy, that said that for deliveries the minimum needed to be $20.00 as he was instructed from the back.
I got upset as now this is the 2nd call I made trying to order. After reviewing the $10.00 off instruction, the information on it said as follow:
Not valid with other offers. Not valid on alcohol. delivery Minimum is $10.00 before tax and delivery. Limit one per customer.
My total was $30.00 including tip. I try a 3rd time and I said no I'm just going to call Jets Pizza is about 10 minutes from my house and let someone else get my money. ( I also save a $1.00 not $10.00 but at list i am happy with the services).
I'm not saying that I will not buy food from here again, all I'm saying they need to work on their promotions and customer services. I don't want anything free, as I believe that nothing is free in this world and is better to fix this mistakes that lose money because my staff is having a but day and as company owner, I'm not doing enough to improve my employees development.
Thank you 5 Start Pizza we may order from you in the future for now we will stay with what we know Pizza hut, Domino's and Jets Pizza as they may not be the best. however we know...
Read moreDangerous drivers. I can only image whom else they employ to make their food... Getting onto the Highway at Bee Ridge going N. in my hard to miss massive Yukon XL. I switch into the lane needed with my turn signal on only to be cut off by a delivery driver from this place that's driving a Honda Odyssey with a delivery topper on the van. They lazily drift into the lane right on top of me as I'm passing, causing me to swerve into the next lane. This causes another driver to slam on their brakes behind me and while I'm paying attention to that I narrowly avoid hitting a stopped car ahead of me. Whatever, just another dangerous driver to gesture at in Sarasota... I want to go home, so I end up ahead of them on the on-ramp and as I'm merging onto the busy highway with my turn signal on; halfway into the right lane on the highway the same driver floors it from behind me cutting me off violently, having me swerve back into the tight on ramp lane and again having to panic to avoid rear-ending another vehicle. These roads are dangerous enough without people doing it intentionally.
1st time - near accident caused by a negligent driver. 2nd time? Dangerous and violent action taken towards me for having the nerve to gesture at the brain dead idiot driving a vehicle with their business name/logo/number on it....
Management is "Going to talk to them"....
If these are the kind of people they employee to deliver their food, I can only imagine the kind they have making it. I won't be taking that chance and I suggest you...
Read moreAll I can say is GET THE REAL THING! I have been a frozen pizza guy for years. My thinking was, frozen pizza was just as good, and cheaper. But last night I ordered and dug into another Five Star 16" sausage, mushroom and pepperoni pizza. This I have to say.
Out of a scale of10, I grade the comparison between Five Star Pizza with the following few frozen brands I thought good:
*Feschetta Pizza is a 7 *Screaming Sicilian pizza is an 8 *Home Run Inn is a 9 *Five Star Pizza is a 15
With Five Star, I felt like I finally ate genuine pizza, with rich, chewable cheese, savory piquant tomato sauce and tasty and filling toppings. The crust was soft and palatable, too, and actually tasted like pizza dough. What's more, I now have a 16" pizza that will last a single guy like me a few days, whereas the frozen lasted two at most.and often ended up looking like old shoe soles.
On top of this all, this only cost me $13.07, with a $10 gift certificate they gave me out of generosity. These discounts you'll receive regularly and can get great deals with a variety of offers. You can't pass them buy, even if it's for lunch.
So I figure, frozen pizza is good. But freshly made pizza and this from Five Star, doesn't compare. Despite my inclination to go cheap, I think from now on I have to get...
