AVOID THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOUR SUPER DUPER HUNGRY. COLD BURGERS SERVED HERE!

This is the second time this month (JUNE 2018) and the burger was cold! The Casino near by must be paying them to make cold food, because they are doing a really good job at it! I came here on 30th Sat. at Noon. They didn't have any ketchup ready, so I asked for some and they gave me three. Then I asked for more and they gave me two! I want more ketchup, but feel they'll just two me every time! I didn't get enough Ketchup to make the cold food at least taste good. I was very hungry, it was edible, and it was not enjoyable. The burger and the fires were just barely warm. Might as well call it cold food! If you want a hot burger, go elsewhere! This place twice this month served me a lukewarm burger! Only been here twice. I'm sure they don't want me back, but I'll come back bringing my thermal camera! I'm sure it'll go viral!

I can only guess the management cares more about saving there bottom dollar than giving a great customer experience. It's all about the money. I bet she or he gets a bonus if they save money for the month! Cold burgers means they was precooked and put in some warmer. When served, they are lukewarm! If a order goes wrong, put the burger back in the warmer. Don't cook fresh fries, just serves the old lukewarm ones! To save money means money then goes into the managers pocket!

Burger King has a brand name, is trusted, and well known. Even with all the bad reviews, this place will most likely keep getting business... even if it gets a 1 star on Google! It's about the Brand name. So don't expect them to change management or any of the crew anytime soon. I'm not really sure what you can do to make them have a better store when the management gets bonuses from saving money by doing what they are doing! They make so little money and get bonuses for saving money...well it's all about the money.

If everyone stops going to this store, then they'll either have to change or shutdown! Otherwise, enjoy your lukewarm fries and burgers at this Lukewarm Burger King across from the casino!

If I can give a ZERO star I would. This fagg. Name Paul who is a manager that works there in the morning when I came around 8:40am, started calling me all types of names because I told him the food was undercooked. He was upset because I came back for the second time because they gave more UNDERCOOKED food and he proceeds by telling me he would have ate it and Burger King prepares their food with batter in every persons French toast. He then proceeded to call me broke, saying I look like I need the food when I own my own business and don’t need to work a 9-5 when I said that it ticked him off and he kept it going saying look at the way I’m dressed although I’m in brand name clothes and woke up a hour ago and looked better than him. I was mind blown that he spoke so much trash but the one that’s working there underpaid. lol. Told him he needs GOD in his life and he said I probably do. Just disgusting attitude and I can’t believe they would employ someone like him to be a manager of their store. Ok look.....I get upset at times, today I went to the drive-thru and say at the speaker for about 8 min with no attention, the guy in the lane beside me was sitting as well and was there when I got there. I decided I was going inside because I was going to be late to work if not. I went inside and seen the man who was beside me pull around. About 30 sec later he came inside, at that point I'd been standing inside for about 2 min without anyone acknowledging me even being alive! They kept going to the window and the sandwich board. The frazzled man up front (I assume he was the manager) told me he'd be right with me. I asked if it was just them (him and the cook) he said yes he but they were gonna make it through. Wanted to leave good feedback, the food may have taken a lil longer but those 2 guys were working their butts off! Point is I was upset because I was inconvenienced but once I seen that they were doing the best that they could I was totally understanding. Cut these guys some slack folks, we don't always know the whole story. Good...
