Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

A line of people while manager sits in back knowing there is a need for a another cashier. If customers build more than 4 in a line you as a manager need to step up to the plate. And consider the coronavirus you should be in a hurry to get people out. 1 person checking out at 10PM is not acceptable and manager is aware of this. You compromise everyone despite your social distancing. Need to explicate social distancing at the door starting with management. Allowing a certain amount same problem to this day .bathroom is not maintained and lots of garbage outside always. Beer cooleers on constant lock down . You need to hire 24/7 secuurity for the homeless people coming in there and stealing the beer.everyday people should not have to suffer because of wawa incompetence of security and having doorsconstsntly locked interrupting the cash out line because the casheir has to unlock the cooler. re needed. .wistIt's the homeless people doing this not your every day customer. I am a everyday customer that finds the doors constantly locked a hassle. This interrupts everyone else service.people in at one given time.The inconvenience from the store .and it's not the employee fault, this is the management fault not managing this dirty facility and the food is over priced!you use to serve country fried steak with vegetables and meatloaf in the dining treas . It's like ya all forgot about your normal customer, now you only have dinner trays that accommodate Hispanic people. I don't want a spicey dish before bed. Bring back the country fried steak w/ vegetable and the meatloaf dinner trays! You advertise how your stuff us fresh but the eggs used on your breakfast sandwiches are not fresh! If they were fresh you would be using local farmers for all your items! Which you are not withe your frozen eggs a wax cheese. Absolutely nasty! Ya all have a roll of toilet paper sitting on the floor of the mens room which is a code violation with the health department ya all need to tighten up! Lots of violations and dirty facility especially outside which garbage all over the place. Ya all need to tighten up on the management here despite it's location! The employee should be given the right to speak up and say something! Which this is the right to hire state , so ya all having them fearing for there little pennies that you give them for there pay because that's how they act.ya all got the cashier's doing the job of a maintenance personnel and you probably don't pay them extra for doing annother persons job because you want to save a penny. Shame on you as a c.e.o. and a company owner. This facility needs major attention and has major health violations. Tighten up! There is always a hustler at the door whether its someone pushing there music or the homeless holding the door open for the customer expecting a return for them holding the door open for your customer.i am sure your employees are under payed and don't deserve the treatment there going threw. You should be glad this a southern state and ya all don't believe in a Union down here because if ya all was in the northern states, I'll bet someone bye now would have tried to push the unions on you.none of your foods are fresh, if they were it would be all local farmers food and vegetable not frozen or manufactured eggs. I get a burrito every morning from Wawas of different locations and this morning I did the same 12/23/22 7:55am I should've known when I grab it was wasnt right cause normally I cant palm a fresh burrito but yall I palmed it no problem..so I get to my job site and take 1 bite to realize the dough hadn't been toasted and everything inside was lukewarm.. This made me realize the girl made my burrito with leftovers from some one else's burrito because she was the only 1 working the food prep area and she call our numbers 20secs between his and mine. This is a problem for me because it wasnt busy AT all like she could've made everything fresh and it wouldn't have been a issue she needs to be monitored..oh n the bathroom looks like a porta potty... WORST wawas ever always so damn dirty floors have so much soda on them your feet stick to the floor . The trash is always over filled falling out of the trash. Employees rude and not friendly. Everytime I go in there I asked someone could they clean up because it’s so nasty will not be going there anymore.
