The manager on duty ( Tobias unit manager) was non productive with his shorten staff. He stood in the.same spot, I've watched them burn at least 8 waffles and Tobias is less than a foot away. Costing his company money. He was extremely rude to an upset customer. Never asked what the issues was, just began scolding the customer and called him childish. When I fact it was the waitress that addressed this young man with an inappropriate tone and manner.I ordered coffee as I waited for my breakfast with a waffel. It took 15 mins before my coffee was placed in front of me, the creamer wait was another 10 mins. My food comes, no waffle. When my waffel.comes (another 8 burned waffels later). I finished with my food and I have to take my waffel to go.Sam was non attentive to me, Never once checked on me to see if I needed anything. Never made eye contact and I know she seen me because I'm looking at her in the face. Gina is an elderly waitress very sweet, very slow, but very pleasant. After watching 3 complaints, I wanted to leave, already knew I wasn't leaving a tip...at least not to my waitress. I asked Gina does she have to share her tips with the staff. Chiebee (relief manager) chimes in rudely. I give her a look and proceeded to ask my question again to the person I was talking too. Chiebee rolls her eyes and walks away. As she should've because I wasn't talking to her, and as one of the managers, she should've been more productive with the staff and operations instead of my inquiry with Gina. Kayla (casheir/ new hire) was very pleasant and apologetic and I advised her to get a new job. The operations of this store is unacceptable to the consumers. It's not well kept waffel batter all over the cooking station (I have pictures) and the staff is rude and disrespectful. Management should be IMMEDIATELY replaced with a well organized managers that can handled being short staffed and run a functioning business. To the owner, do not respond with apologies, it's your lack of attention to this unit operations and functions. I do plan on revisiting this location again to see if changes have been made. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever in my life have I been treated so poorly I come in every so often when Iām walking my dog in the mornings and grab a waffle well the lady with a fake eyelashes that looks so tacky and one of the cooks one morning decided that they werenāt gonna serve me waffles even after I ordered them Wait outside to pick them up and when I came back to pick them up, they said I couldnāt have my dog in here and I said well thatās never been a problem before why is it now and then she decided to snatch those waffles right back on up and tell me I couldnāt have them Because I wouldnāt leave my dog outside while I paid never in my life as anyone treating me or my dog so poorly considering sheās a service animal and we were just paying for them and leaving itās not like we were in their dining. They have served me many of times this way, but I think it was a personal vendetta with the lady with a fake eyelashes and didnāt like me. We have gotten our waffles mini walks with no problem. I donāt recommend going there. The service from most of the people that worked there is crap. Iāve worked in a waffle house and I know that service is a number one rule because itās not the food cause the quality of food sucks and they know it. Itās a people come in there to see the people that work there when I worked at a different Waffle House I made tons of money because I gave them good service. I get there like 5 minutes earlier than my ready time and let them know I was there. I was told it wasnāt ready yet. About 10 minutes later I see the server finally write down my online order. As Iām waiting 2 guest come in behind me and I guess cause they knew one of them as a regular she received her meal that she ordered when she got there before I did. After waiting inside for 20 additional minutes I ask if it hasnāt been started yet if I could get a refund and of course that made the cooks take longer.
