Went through the drive through twice because I had ordered a double stacker meal plain, which i specified meant no stacker sauce, handed the sandwich made with stacker sauce back through the window and heard the girl telling the people in the back to remake it plain and saying we wanted a free sandwich (which we didnt, i gave her the original sandwich, my husband will not eat stuff with sauce), asked me if i wanted cheese on it and i replied yes, just no sauce..so we ended up with 2 patties and cheese, no bacon. I was pretty annoyed but not my sandwich, my husband said just go home. We didn't get any straws with our drinks the first time around, so I asked for 2 straws when i was trying to get the Stacker fixed, she handed me 6. Get home and the italian chicken sandwich i ordered had American cheese, not mozzarella. Just really pretty frustrating and given the reception for the first mess up, didnt seem worth trying to fix or ordering there again. I've worked at fast food restaurants, I always treat people the way i would want to be treated, so my poor review isn't because I'm a jerk. I like to get what I ordered and I dont mind if I have to check my stuff and pull through again, but the attitude and lack of concern is what really could be adjusted at this location. Read moreI wish I had something nice to say about my recent visit to this Burger King location. Let’s start with how a drive thru works. The customer drives up and then the employee is supposed to say “Hello welcome to Burger King my name is “ —————“ how may we help you today? Then the customer places the order it’s then read back by the employee and confirmed by the customer. Total is given and you proceed to the window to pay and receive your order. Pretty standard operation right?! So why does this not happen at this location? Why are people standing around trying to look boujee instead of doing a job they are paid to do? I’m pretty sure having long nails in a food industry is unsanitary. Hair nets must be like the masks “They work, but they don’t work”. Optional?! Why am I the customer catching attitude from the over paid employee that isn’t good at the job and failing at every level of trying to make the effort. I am happy to say that I will never in my life visit this Burger King again. I hope this stops someone from making the mistake of choosing this location. I usually just keep it moving after a bad experience without doing a review but the owner/s of this place need to get a grip on who they employ.
