🚫🚫🚫🛑🛑🛑✋✋✋🛑🛑🛑🚫🚫 DON’T DO IT
When I entered, Burger King, there was no one in the front. All of the digital menus were out except one. I concluded the guy that was handing food off in the parking lot was the employee. However, he came back in and began to cut tomatoes. While I am waiting to be helped at the front.
I yelled a couple of times to let someone know there was a customer upfront. Nobody came. And there was a man from off the street, pretending like he worked there and could help me. Finally, the guy cutting the tomato said he will call someone to help me.
The girl comes from the back with her phone in her hand, playing music. She looks at me like I am disturbing her. No greeting for me just a look. The manager follows up behind her and finishing their conversation.
The girl looked at me like why am I here? So I ask are you still serving breakfast? yeah she said Do you have French toast? Yeah. OK can I have you please drop me some fresh? Yeah
Meanwhile the manager exits from behind the counter into the bathroom. I didn’t know it was her that went in there until I saw her walk back behind the counter. She picked up a syrup packet to throw away. I noticed I saw her hands dripping with water. So I thought is there no paper towels in the bathroom???
When I am called up for my order. I got my food, then I went to sit down to eat the French toast sticks. For the first time ever, I pulled out a mini French toast stick. (In the past I have had some twisted or edge pieces before, never this)
🧐👀If the cook looked to count them. Why didn’t she notice it was not a full piece? But she served it to me anyway. Without making sure I got the full 5. 🧐👀🧐
I’m not being petty. I just want what I pay for. Just like they would. I am glad I was eating in.
I went back up to the counter. I asked if I could please get a whole piece and they dropped it down for me. Thanks I asked for some napkins. The manager goes over by the drive-through window. And comes back with some Dixie whit picnic napkins. 👀👀
There was a lady ordering coffee. She apparently ordered a sandwich, but the manager did not hear her order correctly. So when the manager called her to pick it up and she looked at it, the customer told her it was wrong. The manager proceeded to unpleasantly respond back to the customer. I read it back to you. You didn’t say anything to me! And lightly went back-and-forth with the customer. Then yelled at the girl in the back to remake the sandwich of course with an attitude. 🧐👀🙄🧐🤦🏾♀️🙄🧐🤦🏾♀️🙄👀🧐
There is a lot night right about this whole visit🤦🏾♀️
I was really trying to give this place a chance. I guess I could say with all of that I’m not surprised about the bathroom. However, I am still questioning why the manager’s hands were dripping wet when she went back behind the counter from the bathroom. 👀
I will never go back here again. I see from the majority of the other reviews. I should have looked at this first. Then I could’ve avoided this whole occasion.🧐
If you want to feel fine about the food you’re eating. This is not the place. Have a nice day and a meal somewhere else. 👍🏾
Now in my photo, The French toast stick that has a bite out of it was from me. Everything else is 100% à la naturale from this location....
Read moreIncident date: 3/10/23 Please don’t waste your time. You won’t be treated with respect. I tend to have great experiences to most places I go. This location missed the mark big time. I decided to take my family here for dinner. (I am not making this up!)
We arrived in the drive thru. I Personally grabbed a Triple Stacker since it was added back to the menu. My family got their meals which included chicken fries and another burger.
Already the female voice on the speakers sounds super annoyed with me ordering. (Fast Forward).
I pull forward to the cashier window trying to be nice even through what I just experienced was kinda rude. I pay for the order and received my food. Now it’s time for a bag check, we look in the bag and see there are 0 sauces. Mind you we have chicken fries. So a sauce should have come with the order.
I ask the cashier for some dipping sauce. 2 BBQ and 2 Buffalo. She looks at me and huffed. Then handed me 2 sauces. I say to the cashier:
Me: “Can I have more sauce. Please”
Cashier: “That’s all I can give you” with a annoyed look and grin.
Me: how much are the sauces?
Cashier: I Don’t know.
Me: I will pay for more sauces. That’s is not a problem
Cashier: UUughhhh!!!!
The cashier looks at me, rolls her eye. Grabs one more sauce and forcefully drops the sauce in my hand. Looking me dead in my eyes.
I say I’m sorry, that’s pretty rude. Can I speak to the manager
She says, I’m busy.
I said can I speak to the manager.
She says. I’m busy, you have to come inside to speak to the manager.
I did not appreciate the disrespect when I was a polite as I could be ordering food from a business. Who should be treating the customer LIKE A KING 👑.
While still in the drive through. I decided to get out my car and walk in to speak with the manager. (I apologize if you had to wait behind me.)
I was fed up.
I feel bad for the manager. He looked like he’s been dealing with her bad attitude all day.
He apologized and offered to give me more sauces.
I informed the manager I appreciate the apology but I want better service.
In the mist of my talking to the manager, the drive thru cashier decided to interrupt the conversation to say she didn’t “throw” the sauces in my hand.
I polite said. “Whatever you want to call it.” You didn’t hand them to me. Like a normal transaction.
Bad service will kill restaurant every time.
If you read this far. Thank you for sticking along.
This is all true… I am not one to over exaggerate.
I will not be going to this location again. Bad representation for Burger King…
When I think of food. As of now I don’t think of Burger King….
This happened a few weeks ago.
I took my time to write the review on clear thoughts and not out of anger.

Read moreFirst of all let me begin by saying that when it’s early early morning the first thing a customer DOES NOT need is to be greeted with a negative attitude. I arrive to the drive thru and the worker, whom I later found out to be named Ashley, spoke on the speaker in such a unwelcoming tone. Hungry & Burger King is one of my favorite quick breakfast spots I decided to proceed. I place my order for my first item and she responds, just as rudely “is that it” I reply no because I also wanted a beverage & needed something for my coworker.. so she says “ ok what else then?” At this point I just coffee and decided against anything else. I didn’t get the a thank you, total, asked my name Like other Burger King locations do. So I just pulled around. Once I get to the window She snatches the window open and asked in such a rude condescending tone “DID YOU TELL AT ME!!!” I said no, she continues to try to be combative so finally I say “Are you going to help me or not!!” She yells “NO somebody else can” and slams the window.
I’m aware staffing is hard to come by but for a restaurant to be as well known and a household name as Burger King do you risk losing customers because you are retaining subpar employees?
*The Manager On Duty did come to the window and was very very polite and apologetic for that employee’s behavior but at that point I no longer wanted any food I couldn’t see being prepared out of fear of what was going to be done to it out of...
