Read moreLiterally the worst experience of my life every time I go to this burger king. I honestly dont know what the problem is: poor management, poor training, not enough employees, too many employees. I dont know. I have given this burger king 1 solid year to get their business together. I come here every day, same time of day, and it is always the same. Well, it is always different, but there is always an issue. To name them: wrong order given starts taking order, stops to take order of the second drive thru taking too long (20 min for breakfast when it ISNT crowded) forgetting my order repeating myself 5-6 times at the drive through window every time i go I get charged a different price for the same combo? forgetting food from the order. too many times have my hashbrowns been forgotten. I cant find one good thing to say about this establishment. Its a shame that it isnt a mcdonalds, for one. I wish it was a chick fil A. It is such a shame i have to see this place every single day...

Listen when a client speaks to you, that is education and do not justify yourself with the fact that you are a person who speaks so loudly. Take care of your work as if it were your home. Listen, smile and...
