The burger I had was good, but unfortunately the service was disappointing. From the start, I had some difficulties because I didn’t have my phone with me and the menu was only available through a QR code. When I asked for a recommendation, they suggested the “Paisa” burger, which took a very long time to arrive, and my request to have it without ketchup was not followed.

What surprised me was that after I ordered, a group of four people arrived and they were shown the menu on a screen, something that was not offered to me. This difference in service, along with the long wait and the mistake in my order, left me with a negative impression.

El Jueves 4 de enero del presente año mi familia y yo viajamos desde Naples,FL hasta Miami,FLextrictamente para conocer tan maravilloso lugar. Llegamos media hora antes de su apertura asi que esperamos sentados en sus mesas mientras la muchacha que estaba abriendo el local y nos dio el menu para que pudisesemos ir mirando en lo que esperabamos . Esperamos gratamente sin ningun tipo de problema porque pasabamos un rato ameno en familia y ademas hacia mucho deseabamos conocer y probar estas deliciosas hamburgesas y sus churros . Imediatamente que estubieron listos y abrieron pusimos las orden y la espera no fue mucha para recibir nuestra comida a pesar de que eramos un grupo de 6 personas en los cuales tres ordenes fueron la hamburguesa LA GEMELA . Fue un pedido grande y el pedido no demoro mucho . Para nuestra grata sorpresa al pasar el rato y aun estar degustando estas deliciosas hamburguesas uno de los muchachos se acerco para ofrecernos dos ordenes de churros como cortezia por tener que haber esperado a que abrieran y por esperar a que nuestra comida estubiese lista . Toda la familia agradecio tan amable gesto pero le dejamos saber que nosotros no teniamos queja alguna porque realmente nunca sentimos que esperamos tanto. Aun asi el insistio en que era cortezia de la casa por la espera . Bueno dejeme decirles que aquellos churros volaron por arte de magia porque estaban DELICIOSOS .Toda la orden de hamburguesas estubo expectacular . La carne de la haburguesa de primera calidad. La cebolla caramelizada mas todos los demas ingredientes un sabor exquisito y el pan de la hamburguesa divino. Nos tubimos que llevar una de las ordenes de la hamburgesa llamada Las gemelas porque eran enormes . Un experiencia unica donde la calidad de la comida y el servicio fueron siempre de la mano.
