Pinecrest Bakery - Bird Road Tropical Park — Restaurant in South Miami

I’m not sure what’s going on lately. They switched the staff after midnight I guess, haven’t seen the regular people lately. I WAS a regular here, couple of days ago went around my regular hours 1-2am asked for something really basic with JUST ham & cheese mind you they proceeded to do put whatever on it pickles, mustard etc. I don’t eat that so I gave it away, mind you a spend min $100 a week here. I let it go, didn’t mention anything about it because I already got home at that point. Fast forward today, different person same exact order with same simple instructions & this time I just got cheese, croqet, pickles & mustard after spending close to $25 again to get home & not be able to...

If you’re in Kendall near Bird Road — think twice before stopping at Pinecrest Bakery. What should be a quick stop for breakfast or coffee turns into a frustrating experience. The staff are often uninterested and unhelpful, spending more time talking among themselves than serving customers. Expect to wait while employees ignore the line, no greeting, and little to no sense of urgency.

The atmosphere feels disorganized and unprofessional, and the service simply doesn’t match the prices they charge. There are plenty of better bakeries nearby that actually value their customers’ time...

this is my third time coming to Pinecrest. I love the place very clean employees are very welcoming and best of all they listen to you,to make sure they give you what you ordered. This is not McDonald’s where you get a hot coffee nooooo, this is custom-made coffee, right temperature and the way you would like to be done.
