From the moment I walked into Smoothielicious Cafe & Deli, I felt right at home. Lily greeted me with such warmth and made me feel truly welcome. Her personable and friendly approach was a highlight of my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even took the time to explain the menu options. So i went to this place because he would have vegetarian options there isnt much places in miami advertising it so i went here with hopes of having something yummy when i aaked the lady for the vegetarian options she said she would figure something out for her to sell me a wrap for 15 with just cheese sauce and carrots that was there option it did not taste good definitely will not be here again. Sucks because the lady was extra nice but didnt have much of a imagination to make a vegetarian...

The menu was great. I give this star a 2 because the representative that made my wrap was not wearing gloves. I don't think that is very sanitary. WEAR GLOVES when making someone else's food. She made the wrap with her bare hands. I was a little grossed out but ate it because I was starving. The wrap was good. The service needs improvement. I am hesitant about visiting again because I do not want someone making the food I eat with...
