I filled out the comments, but I thought I would send my feedback on this as well. I just paid $21 in change for a regular size old school Philly. Last night at Longhorn Steakhouse, my bill, including a $5 tip to the waitress, was $23 and some change. Sirloin steak, sweet potato baked, chopped salad with blue cheese, and all the bread I could stand. Do you see maybe where I might have a problem with this charge from you guys? If not, let me help you out some more. I live less than 2 miles from the store that I ordered from in Oakland Park, Florida. My Cheesesteak was ice cold, I've never experienced that before from you people only the extremely high prices. Perhaps somebody can help me understand why it is necessary for you to attach a delivery fee when you don't even deliver. The delivery is from another service that I have to tip. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for you to charge me that additional fee, if I placed an order for pickup and came and got it myself there would not be that fee, why then is that fee attached when somebody else comes to pick up my sub for me. That's the person who should get the delivery fee. Incidentally, it is the one who gets a fee in addition to your fee. Read moreThe front of this store is a pigsty, and is an embarrassment to the neighborhood. There are literally mounds of garbage in the exterior crevices of this building, between the front lawn and Charlie's building exterior, and all along the drive-thru. If this is how they keep their front lawn, god knows what the kitchen is like. I talked to the manager of this location, and she said proudly that they just had someone "pick up out there today." The lawn service apparently ran a lawnmower over the front parkway grass plot, but any garbage that was on the lawn became caught in the mower blades, and became confetti, scattered all over the lawn and sidewalk. The service didn't bother picking up any of the debris in the corners of the lawn or along the drive-through which were still strewn with litter before and after their visit.
There is so much garbage on the front lawn of this Charlie's property that it blows to the neighboring properties, Burger King, and west toward McDonalds. Today in the McDonald's parking lot, there was a huge 3 x 4 carton with "Charlie's" printed on the side of the box Apparently the wind had blown it out of their garbage enclosure, the doors of which are flung open for anyone to rifle through.
The city of Oakland Park code enforcement has been notified of garbage violations.

Read moreUpdated!! New: I use to like coming here and now I don’t! I ordered a curbside pick up and waited awhile which was okay because I figured the staff had customers. The girl with long braids to her waist approached my car with unfriendly attitude. I told her my order and she went back in. She came back out and said next time you will have to go through the drive thru and I told her I chose curbside because that was an option on the app. She proceeded to say to me well next time you will have to go through the drive through. Like really? The options are on the app for a reason! If she was having a bad day then it’s not my fault I am the customer! The food is also not the same! I use to really love this place!
Old: Customer service is excellent! The subs, fries, and milkshakes are so good. The bread they use for the subs is so soft and won’t break your teeth when you take a bite lol. This is my second time eating here and will definitely be back again!...
