I deliver for a company, so I visit all the little Caesars in Broward. This is absolutely the worst location when I go in for a delivery. I am rarely acknowledged when, waiting for an order if it’s busy. They take the pizzas out of the oven and let them sit out. They are too lazy to put the pizzas in the coded warming racks which is the policy so that drivers can get their orders quickly. When they hand people, their pizzas, they turn the box vertically, which, as you know, let’s the cheese flow to one side of the pizza. There were eight people waiting on orders, and half of them were done wrong . last night I waited 30 minutes for an order and they gave me one pizza instead of two. I told them there was a missing pizza but instead of telling me that They forgot to make it, they said someone else picked up the pizza, I knew that this wasnt true because they would have given that person both pizzas and not just one. I asked them to make me another one, because the customer already paid for it, and they refused. The guy told me just cancel it, and I said it doesn’t work that way. He grabbed a box of food, parentheses (holding it vertically again) out of my hands and walked towards the door. That’s actually assault being committed.I told them I want to speak with the manager, and not only did they not get the manager, but some girl cussed me out, and said I’ll do what I wanna do. Read moreGuys, please take the time to read this entire message. ordering your pizza on the weekend nights at this store will guarantee you the most horrible experience of your lives. If at the least, you will not get the pizza at all, and possibly be out of your money, you will not get a refund. The entire crew was simply dangerous. I was threatened by the staff and asked to leave when I did ask for my pizza I payed for or a refund. The woman asked for my receipt, she told me that my receipt said I ordered a t 11:34 in the morning so she was not giving me my pizza nor a refund. She took my receipt and wouldn't give it. Back to me.. Within 10 minutes from the the time I payed and moment I began to leave the store, The staff became so aggressive that I had to leave because I wasn't getting anywhere. I went to exit the store and was surrounded outside the store by a large violent crowd, as well as, most of the employees defending the woman/crew employee, including the cashier that took my order in the first place, prevolked me to begin with. I felt threatened and became a very dangerous situation. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. Despite my initial mediocre visit, I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, my second experience was even worse.
I placed an online order, expecting it to be ready for quick pickup,per my email instructions. Instead, I waited in line, only to be overlooked by the cashier. To my surprise, she assisted customers who arrived after me and hadn't even placed their orders yet.
What's more disturbing is that I felt racially profiled. The cashier prioritized helping Spanish-speaking customers, like herself, while ignoring me, an African American female. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory.
I hope the management takes my feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a more inclusive and respectful experience for all customers.
