Wing Loon has quickly become my go-to spot for takeout Chinese food in the area. During my recent visit, I ordered the General Tso’s Shrimp, Vegetable Lo Mein, and a Spring Roll. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The General Tso’s Shrimp was perfectly cooked, with a nice balance of sweet and spicy flavors, and the vegetables in the Lo Mein were fresh and crisp. Despite its unassuming appearance, Wing Loon consistently delivers high-quality food at great prices. It’s a hidden gem that always satisfies my cravings for Chinese cuisine. The portions are generous, and I’ve never been disappointed with the taste or the quality of the dishes I’ve tried. Their menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What also stands out is the friendly and efficient service. The staff at Wing Loon are always pleasant and welcoming, making the experience even better. Whether you’re picking up your order or dining in, they make you feel valued as a customer. If you’re looking for reliable and delicious Chinese takeout, Wing Loon is definitely worth a visit. It’s a place where you can expect consistently good food and friendly service, making it a favorite in the area.

Edit: According to Google, 100,000 views on this disaster of a "Chow Mein" and it looks like the other reviews are consistent: this place is terrible I ordered chicken chow mein. I received something resembling chicken, watered down white gravy, and a ton of onions on it. No noodles. When I took it back and asked if I received the wrong order, the guy told me "no no, chow mein comes with no noodles lo mein is the one that comes with noodles." No point arguing on the spot with someone who makes your food. Chow mein means fried noodles. I didn't get any noodles. They had a chance to make it right and chose not to. Dice roll whether you get what you order here. Don't go.

I ordered shrimp and broccoli lunch special and it came in a thick clear sauce instead of brown and wasn’t what I expected at all and I didn’t eat because I really wasn’t sure what the sauce was. Usually shrimp and broccoli comes in a brown sweet sauce. Definitely didn’t meet my expectation

Although this place has really good food, I was EXTREMELY disappointed with how the manager treated me. I placed an order online for pick up, and called to make sure the order was received. The man that answered the phone, said the manager would call me back to confirm. About 5 minutes later, the manager called me back, read the order back to me, and let me know it would be ready in 25 minutes. I headed to the restaurant 15 minutes later.

When I got there, and was ready to pay, I noticed that the original price had been scratched out, and a higher price was handwritten in. I asked the cashier about it, and the manager started yelling at me saying that he charged me extra for indicating what rice I wanted with one of the combos I ordered. When I asked why he didn't tell me that, when he called me back to confirm the order, he became outraged and took the requested rice out of the bag, and threw a small container of white rice in the bag.

I was stunned! I paid for the food, and left feeling disturbed. And, although, the cashier was kind enough to apologize to me, before I left, the way the manager handled the situation, turned me ALL...

UPDATED. 2015-07-15 not much has changed in two years with the exception of the food quality which has gone up consistently over the years. still suggest pickup over delivery. dishes are very tasty and sauces are properly thickened and have good flavor.

2013-06-10. Order for pick up with easy in and out drive thru. Food is hot and fresh and has excellent flavor. Food quality is also very good. For example chicken actually is and has the proper texture of high quality chicken. Compared to other area takeout locals this is a great thing. Sauces are flavorful and can be spiced to taste without lacking flavor. Don't be deterred by the outside appearance of the location (looks like a hole in the wall place) because the food prep area appears to be kept clean and sanitary. Like any take out the food varies widely (temperature) if delivered because of traffic,...
