Horrible customer service, pulled up to go through the drive-thru and had to wait for 23 minutes to get to the speaker, and then another 16 minutes to get the the window to get the food the person taken the order ( Vince B. ) Was very Unprofessional. The car in front of me ordering asked for somethins and he knew nothing about them even calling out the window at a co-worker if we have this and then he and the co-worker started calling each other a lier and punks, right in front of the customer over the loud speaker. When I got to the speaker I called out my order and he said to hold on for a moment so I waited when he can back I gave my order and he then said what you want and if I had said nothing. So I called it out again and I did the samething I looked at my kids thanking maybe I'm not loud enough so I called out my order once more and then he said nothing, I asked if he got my order and nothing so I then said hello sir. And he answered yeah very forcefully, I asked did he get my order and he said yeah, I got it very rude. When I got to the window I waited for a few minutes and then he can to the window and what you ordered, as if he did not have it on the monitor. I told him my order again and he gave me the total, I gave him the fund to make payment and waited again and then he gave the food to me and askedawhat type of sauce I asked the kids and and then when I told him the type of sauce and said all we got is honey mustard ( why would he ask if that's all you have ). So we got the sauce and he closed the window, I then waited there because I had yet to be given my change from the payment. He came back to the window and saw I was still there and took the money off the side table open the cash drawer and brought back my change. I went to checkers store #6307 and I will never go back fist off I ordered 2 number 4's with extra onions and one sandwinch no tomatoes and a side of fried mushrooms. For starters they had no ice for our drinks strike 1 strike 2 I leave togo buy 2 cups of ice my son which is 10 tasted the mushrooms it was salty and super greasy and not at all crunchy so I go back and tell the cashier Kareem so he gave me my money back... Strike 3 as I'm pulling off my son say mommy the hamburgers r cold so I turned around again and told Kareem He said to me it's no way it's cold we just open I told him here touch it u can see for urself not one time did he apologize he just kept giving attitude so he say so what do u want me to do remake it I said yes.... So tell me y when he remade the burgers and the burgers only he remade and when he gave them to me it was cold.... But I was running late and by the way he had his bad attitude going and I was running late for my appointment so I just left..Kareem wasn't pleasant from the beginning he didn't even greet me or nothing and my order was a total mess and we couldn't enjoy our meal we didn't eat the burgers we just ate the French fries that was hot and fresh.... All in all I'll give them a 2 if I was giving a review on a number scale 1-10 (1 being super poor 10 being outstanding love the custumer service and love the food.... I'm giving Kareem a -1 for his bad attitude and bad food and not one time did he offer anything for the repeated trips back and forth trying to get my food right which at the end still was cold and I had to deal with his bad attitud. A health inspector needs to visit this restaurant badly. I "worked" here for maybe 2-3 days and I will never not only eat here any longer but not at any checkers and rallys honestly. Nothing in this building is truly sanitized. Cross contamination is taught in training, They use the same tongs to pick up hot food and to drop frozen food; that's if they even use a tong. A lot of food is made without gloves, or a utensil touching your food. They wipe down counters as they work so you probably ate cleaning products and I'm 100% sure the ice in your drink has its own species living on it, In order to get ice they retrieve a large bucket and scoop ice out of a machine and dump it into a large holding underneath the soda station(same station they talk over, wipe down, and spill random fluids on so you do the math) - from there your ice is scooped up into your cup and served to you. they have signs all over about food safety and work professionalism and yet practice 0.00% of whatever was "taught". Training is a joke, your sent on the floor and left to die and laughed at for not understanding recipes(even though it's literally your first time ever in the building) The managers could careless as long as they get paid and get to go home on time.
