Krystal — Restaurant in Ocoee

If I could leave ZERO stars ⭐️ I would! I live in Melbourne, FL and was in Orlando for the Camping World Bowl football game, and after the game was looking forward to Krystal. So much so we even drove out of our way to get some. BIG mistake! This was hands down the worst experience at a Krystal restaurant I have ever had to stomach. In fact, this was the worst experience at any restaurant and I’m 40! The service was terrible, the food was mediocre, and the restaurant was disgusting!!! The dining area and the restrooms were abysmal! The staff were just walking around doing nothing but talking inappropriately. The four staff members that were there were walking around in back laughing and talking about things they shouldn’t be talking about when a customer walks in the store. One of the staff members made eye contact with me and still continued talking to the others. Finally, she made her way to me (at a glacial pace) and sounded completely clueless when I asked her about a gift card promotion that was plastered all over the store. She had NO idea, so she left the counter on two occasions to check on the “Free Sack Full with a $25 Gift Card“ promotion and finally after the second time she came back and said yes they do that. I said can I use the sack full coupon today and she left again to verify. After clarifying that I could she went and loaded the gift card and came back to hand it to me and proceeded to walk away. I said excuse me I’d like to order. And she said “oh, I thought you just wanted the gift card”. I said no and she got an attitude and asked what I would like so I placed my order, which took about 5 more minutes considering she didn’t know what she was doing. I then went to the restroom and when I came back my sons looked to be upset. I asked them what was wrong and they said the lady at the counter yelled at them and told them to go sit down because they would bring them their food. The boys were just waiting to get their drinks and had no idea that they would bring out their food. While I was in the restroom (only for about 1 minute), I saw the nastiest site anyone could see prior to eating their food. The restroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. There was urine all over the floor and feces on the wall and toilet that looked like it had been there all day. I’m not sure how these highly intelligent employees failed to notice how disgusting the restroom was but I was shocked at the state of this restaurant. I told them but NO ONE went back to clean it. They went to look and thought it was funny! I don’t find this funny and in my opinion everyone but the guy making food should be terminated! The three girls working there were the laziest and rudest bunch of unprofessional individuals I have ever come into contact with at a restaurant! Krystal, you have got your last dime out of me until you fix your problems! You clearly don’t care...

Disgusting place with disgraceful hooligans. I ordered the 5 for 5 and one of the sandwiches were a chicken sandwich..how about after waiting 15 mins for my food i drove off and bit into my chicken sandwich and it was raw in the middle with bloody chicken...i made an u-turn and went inside informed the cashier about the sandwich ..she went in the back and all i heard was snickering...once she came back i asked her who cooked my chicken patty and everyone acted like overgrown childish children denying that they made it. Im aggravated at this point bc not only could i have gotten sick i wasted my time and couldn't get a str8 fwrd answer so i don't want the food no more being cautious that someone may spit in my food..i wanted a refund. The cashier went to get the mngr. After waited 5 mins for this unprofessional heifer who could care less about the situation finally came out of her little office i told her what happened she didn't apologize or anything...i let her know i didn't appreciate waiting so long just to be served raw chicken...she was more concerned about the food that was left in the bag than the situation...overall i received my refund and haven't been back to a krystals ever since. This place is an over crowded joke. U don't get what u pay or wait for...

Maybe it's the area of the location but the experience I just had, I'll never come back again. It's 1pm and they didn't have strawberry OR chocolate shakes available (unpreparedness in the middle of the day?). The young man at the window was kinda rude and honestly shouldn't be working drive-thru if his energy is that trash. Just handed me my food... no smile, no "have a nice day".... nothing. I get to my location and open the bag ready to eat my mediocre made burgers and 2 of them are folded like envelopes in the boxes they come in. The other two just had all the ingredients falling out of the box. It seriously looked like they just threw them in the bag. I almost went back to get my money back after such a garbage experience but I just figured I'd share my experience online to warn people and just never patronize them again. I know it's just fast food but the experience should at minimum be decent and I don't expect rude service where I'm spending my money. If you're looking for room temperature food that's horribly prepared, rude drive-thru workers and an overall ghetto experience, this is the spot for you. If not, save your time, energy and money by going somewhere you may be more appreciated as a customer. This place...
