Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

I've given the place multiple chances, and I've decided not to come here anymore. The last couple times I went there, for a carryout that I already paid for mind you. I've been met with utter dismissal from the people who worked there. Today in particular, after making a carryout order online, and giving them double the time to get it done. I waited ten mins for the lady to even acknowledge me, only to find out they didn't even have the order done. When asked further, they didn't have the order, and even questioned if I was in the right place. All the while, I was given the attitude that my very presence there to pick up something that was already paid for, should've already been done, was a nuisance. Best part, it wasn't even busy. In the 15 out of the 22 mins I waited, I was the only one there.

They even seemed confused about other orders, and spent more time arguing with each other than getting their orders straight. I eventually said screw it and requested a refund. This isn't the first time I've experienced something like this at this particular location. Whoever the lady was that was in charge today, she clearly doesn't know how to manage her people, let alone act in a professional and...

My cousin was ordering pizza for her kids online while at my house and I figured I'd ask her to get me something too. Order 10 box for kids. Wings and personal pan for me. Delivery comes and the personal pan is not there. Ask the driver, he said that's all he was given. Checked food, wing flavor wrong. Double check order online, it's right. Call the store....after acting like we were trynna steal an extra pizza, a lady said, the pizza is at the store, we should come pick it up....we chose delivery for a reason, yes? She then rudely proclaims; your food will be delivered ma'am. See the thing is I knew she was lying.....you know when you can pick up clues from the attitude? Yeah....so needless to say, I ate nothing because I didn't like the wing flavor they sent. I order mild traditional. They sent something bbq- esque.....idk and didn't care for it. Then asking for a refund for the undelivered food was another nightmare. I know just my money is not gonna stop them from doing business, but that's the last order I make with pizza hut........I've had bad service from them but jeez .......this refusal to fix the issue...

Do not order here!!Ordered a pizza for delivery was on the phone with one man and then another person who had a Indian accent got on the phone. He was VERY rude and rushed through the whole call. I Hung up with him and I waited over an hour only to call and found out he took the wrong address and phone number down. When I called back this man had the nerve to blame me and got an attitude saying I gave him the wrong information. I told him if they would of kept the same person on the phone and not switched and not to mention verified before rushing me off the phone the order would have correct. After reordering again(stupid me).. I still had to order with the same idiot who is by the way the manager. He was rushing me again, no apologies,nothing. I will never order again from here. The service awful. 2 hrs for a freaking...
