TERRIBLE customer service. I came in here to pick up a second Doordash order (my first one was at the KFC Nextdoor, which met me with superb customer service, despite them being busier than this Taco Bell). Usually, at any Taco Bell I go to to do this stuff, somebody always greets me at the register & kindly lets me know when the order will be ready, if it isn’t on the shelf already. Well, all I did here was stand by the counter since no one was at the register for over five minutes, then, when an older woman with glasses came up, I told her I was here for Doordash, and she responded to me in an annoyed, rude, and irritated tone, just because I was letting her know: “Okay, well sir, when it’s ready, it will be on the shelf for you.” As if I didn’t already know that. I then watched her sass the next person she served and mutter upset words about him under her breath. She would repeat this behavior again (muttering disrespectful words about customers under her breath), another 10 minutes later, in front of people. Ridiculous, immature, and unbelievable. I watched a grown woman working at a fast food restaurant behave like a high schooler. Whereas, the woman next door at the KFC was 10 times nicer, and her store was full of people, both inside and at the drive thru. There was hardly anybody inside the Taco Bell when I came in (at 4:50 PM), and just barely a few cars in the drive thru. Not to mention, these Doordash orders are supposed to be prioritized- that’s the whole point of them installing the designated shelf for it. But yet, I waited here for OVER AN HOUR, thus making me late to my customer and affecting my driver rating. On the app, it says “pick up by 4:47 PM”- meaning this is when it should be ready by, and the restaurant knows this too. It’s now 6:00 PM, and I’m still waiting— this literally means they’ve delayed the order and have had me waiting here for over 60 minutes. I would’ve been fine with that normally (when it’s just a 10 minute delay- but it wasn’t), and I wouldn’t have even left this review. But the visible disrespect this woman conveyed, both partially to me, and to the other man, plus the amount of time they made me wait, and how poorly prepared and coordinated they were, was just unacceptable. Grow up
I had to edit this review 4 times now because I literally just kept waiting, longer and longer. I’ve officially been waiting here for A FULL HOUR NOW, to deliver food FOR YOU. This is unreal. It is 6:00 PM. THAT IS AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES. She expected me to just cancel the order, but this is MY JOB, I would lose money and my rating would be affected. They asked me 3 TIMES WHO THE ORDER WAS FOR, and just now on the FOURTH TIME, AT 6:00 PM, the GM Had the GENIUS IDEA to ask me what was on the order. These geniuses didn’t even HAVE my order on the SCREEN. Which means they didn’t even BOTHER to check it or TELL ME, the first 3 TIMES THEY ASKED. FOOLS. INCOMPETENT, FOOLS.

Read moreBe warned the staff working during the 1pm shift on 5/5/2022 and the manager working there are extremely rude. The manager should get fired she was so disrespectful to me and another lady who came right after me. When I arrived I waited 10 minutes before someone could come assist me to the register. There was a handful of employees there is no reason why they couldn’t ring me up. Instead of helping me they told me to please go to kiosk. I was buying lunch for my company and needed to bring back a receipt therefore I mentioned making a big order and they still told me to do it on the kiosk. I go ahead and ordered my food on the kiosk right after as you can see in the images 2-3 ladies came after me. Staff also made them wait but this time they assisted them and helped them using the register. As they were assisting the lady in the green they were so disrespectful to me and her. The lady in green was ordering and the staff members were giving attitude , remarks and gave wrong order. For that reason is that you will see some sort of refund around that time. Not only did this happen but they all caused a big fuss after requesting for a receipt that never printed due to me using kiosk. Once again this was as a result of staff members being lazy and disrespectful to me. She didn't say word to me through the whole check process, handed my food to me incomplete slammed the window shut on me, then handed my remaining item to me, slammed the window again and locked it. My food was all messed up besides the bean burrito. I bought extra meat for my crunch wrap which was absolutely disgusting. The lettuce was old and slimey, the beef had a funny taste, and the chicken was dry as hell. The meat on the items I ordered was skimped, and piled up with rotten vegetable toppings . I work for the food industry, and this is absolutely unacceptable. I'm the main cook on property, and I would never serve anyone a meal like I received. Food service is not a joke. It's a job that needs to be taken seriously. Unfortunately it's not in this establishment. I can bet that the only employee that's food safe certified is the manager.
