I only give a 1 star rating because it's the lowest I can go. If I could do -5 star reviews, I would. Customer service is absolutely atrocious with this company. We ordered a pizza for delivery and gave a 45 minute delivery time. After almost an hour and a half, I called to check on the order. I was prompted to do so when a friend arrived and told me of what she saw when she arrived to my neighborhood. A Papa John's delivery driver turned into my neighborhood, stopped in front of the call box, and immediately left. She was behind him the entire time and confirmed that no attempt was made to deliver my order. When I called, the manager who stated his name was Kyle, was incredibly dismissive of my issue, stating that the driver called me and that he (Kyle) called me as well. I received no such call from anyone. There was not even an apology given, let alone any attempt to rectify the issue. I'm sure I'm not the only person they have done this to. This location should have all of their employees, from top to bottom, replaced with people who actually have no issue doing the job they are paid to do. Even with the negative press this company has been getting recently, I still chose to patronize this company. I will never make that mistake again. They were made SLOPPILY UNDER COOKED and NOT EVEN CUT COMPLETELY. Because I did not call back yesterday the MANAGER Will refused to do anything about it. It was Halloween we had plans and would not be able to return to pick up more pizza, we did carry out not delivery. So instead of arguing with a company while trying to enjoy a family event I chose to wait until the next day to voice my complaint. Will could care less for his shop carelessness with our food, time, and money. His demeanor and handling of the situation as a manager should deem him unfit for such a position. Tyler called my phone with a nasty attitude and aggression towards because he couldn’t find my apartment unit ( I’ve ordered from this location 20x times and I never had this issue). When I asked Tyler what was his geographic location he became frustrated and hung up on me. Upon arrival to my unit Tyler still had an attitude towards me I politely asked Tyler is he okay? Tyler responded by saying I will not eat today and proceeded to walk off with my order.I had to follow Tyler all the way to his car where he tried to run over me in front of my children & husband.
